This deeply relaxing meditation works with your unconscious mind to heal possible core issues around holding excess weight, such as feeling safe, protected and loved. There is a process guiding you to allow all parts of you to work together to feel safe, protected, loved and release weight. After this process there are about 15 minutes of affirmations and suggestions to the unconscious mind to release weight, desire healthy foods, and visualize yourself at your ideal weight. This works with all parts of the mind and body to help you release all need for weight, and choose new habits and patterns to sustain healthy weight loss. There is soft music and a relaxing, soothing voice.

Meditation process for healthy weight.

Begin to breathe and allow each breath to take you deeper into a state of relaxation.

Simply observe your breath,

Simply noticing as the breath moves in through your nostrils and into your lungs and out your nostrils.

Nothing to do,

Simply observe.

I relax,

Letting all the muscles in my body let go of any stress or strain.

Fully present in this moment,

Receiving the gifts that this moment offers me.

As I listen to this recording,

I am open and receptive to the words that I hear.

I'm willing to receive these words and learn from them and act upon them.

I trust that they are supportive and will help me.

I'm willing to relax,

Trust,

And allow these words of health to impact my subconscious mind and give my body the healthy directives in which to support my ability to lose excess weight and easily maintain healthy weight.

I know that my body is my friend and has always had positive intentions in all that it does.

My body wants to protect me and keep me safe.

My body wants me to feel loved.

I know that my body always has a positive intention for everything it does because I want to feel safe and I want to be protected and I want to be loved.

I'm grateful for my body doing everything that it thought it should to keep me safe,

Protected and loved.

Thank you.

Thank you.

I know that you love me.

I know that you serve me.

And I know that you only want the best for me.

I know you want me to be safe and protected and feel loved and I agree.

I want that as well.

I also know that there are many parts of me that are willing now to work together to find new ways for me to be safe and protected and loved without holding on to excess weight or needing to eat excess foods.

I want these parts,

I'll call them my creative team,

To come up with at least three new ways for me to be safe and protected and loved without having to hold on to excess weight or overeat.

I know that this creative team is going to work right now to come up with new healthy ways for me to have what I want,

Which is to be safe,

Protected and loved.

It feels so good to be safe and loved without having to hold on to excess weight.

I can now release it effortlessly,

Easily,

As I find new ways now to get what I really want.

Yes,

I am safe and protected and loved and I now find new lifestyle habits to support me in this.

And so right now my creative team has already come up with at least three new ways for me to have what I want without holding on to excess weight or overeating.

Right now this team has three new ways for me to feel safe and protected and loved.

Perhaps I'll know what they are right now,

Perhaps later when I least expect it they'll be revealed to me.

Now I'm going to imagine what it will be like using these three new ways to get what I really want without having to overeat or hold on to excess weight.

And I imagine and see myself using these three new ways now.

If all parts of me are in agreement to moving to a new program,

A new way of giving me what I want,

Which is to be safe and protected and loved without having to overeat or hold on to excess weight,

I tell you now to begin.

Begin now to operate on a new program.

Begin now to operate on a new program.

Begin now to operate on a new program.

I now imagine and see myself in my strong and healthy body,

In my perfect weight.

I simply imagine and see myself as if I were observing myself at a distance.

When I look out of my eyes I see in front of me,

Myself,

At my perfect body weight,

Wearing a wonderful outfit,

Smiling,

Happy,

Doing things that I would be doing.

I even observe others commenting positively on how great I look.

I even observe others talking to me,

Telling me how great I look.

This image continues in my mind's eye.

And I allow myself to be bathed in these positive suggestions.

And I embrace them completely and totally.

I'm willing to completely reprogram my subconscious mind.

To accept myself in a new way for my greatest health and greatest well-being.

For complete love and acceptance of myself.

As I hear these words,

I intend to accept them completely.

As I move through the days,

In the future I know that I begin to operate on a new program in wonderful ways.

I'm so grateful for my healthy body,

Which easily maintains its perfect weight.

I lose excess weight easily.

All the food that I eat is metabolized appropriately.

And I release that which I do not need.

It is safe for me now to release and let go of excess weight.

It falls off of me like butter on a hot knife.

All the cells in my body go to work to release excess fat and retain lean mass.

Everything in my body is so intelligent that it simply knows how to metabolize food and let go of what is not needed to burn fat and store muscle.

My body easily and effortlessly maintains its perfect weight.

I surrender to my body's perfect expression and I trust it fully.

My body serves me so beautifully.

I love and appreciate my beautiful body.

And I am so grateful for its service to me.

I no longer criticize or condemn my body in any way.

I accept it completely and totally now.

I know that it is my body's job to seek wholeness and balance and I allow it to do so.

My body finds and maintains its perfect weight.

I accept and love my strong,

Healthy,

Attractive body now.

I easily let go of and release any excess weight.

I choose to eat foods that nourish and support this body.

I love eating in healthy ways.

I eat small servings and easily push away excess food.

I have a very small appetite.

I eat small amounts and I am completely satisfied.

I imagine in my mind's eye healthy foods.

I see them so appetizing.

They are beautiful and colorful and they call to me.

I imagine unhealthy foods as dull and drab and far away in the distance.

And they do not look good to me.

There is nothing tempting about them.

And I imagine healthy foods,

Fruits and vegetables of all colors,

Bright,

Full size.

I see them all around me.

They are beautiful and colorful and they call to me.

I am attracted to healthy foods and I naturally make wise food choices.

I love my body and I love to treat it well.

I love to take care of my body and give it the nourishment it needs so that it can serve me for many,

Many years.

I love moving my body in ways that are perfect for me through exercise,

Sports or activities.

I balance my movement with my intake of food naturally and easily.

I choose to eat,

Exercise and maintain a healthy lifestyle.

I make healthy lifestyle choices that support my healthy body and mind.

I am grateful for my healthy balanced weight.

My body is my friend and we travel through life together,

Supporting one another.

And I love the way that it responds to my commands and serves me so well.

I love and appreciate this body and all it does to serve me.

And I am free to completely love and honor my body.

I let myself rest into loving acceptance as I accept my body as it is,

Knowing that it easily and naturally finds its own right healthy body weight and healthy composition.

I give thanks for my strong lean body.

And I give thanks for my creative team that finds many ways for me to feel safe,

Protected and loved without needing to over read or hold on to excess weight.

And as I go through my day,

My creative team is working to support my belief in health,

Safety and absolute love.

Safe and protected and knowing this,

I am so grateful.

I've been listening to this meditation each morning for 14 days. The most significant change is my awareness of a healthy partnership with my body and this is supporting mindful eating during the day. Thank u for reminding me that my body is my friend who walks with me. This encouragement is helpful in my day time practices. Thank u.
