Listen to this meditation when you can give it your full attention in a quiet,

Safe environment.

This experience will guide you into deep relaxation,

Focused awareness and powerful spiritual alignment.

So begin by finding a comfortable seated upright position with your spine straight,

Hands gently resting on your lap.

Feel your body fully supported.

Now gently close your eye.

And now all focus is on your breath.

Long,

Slow,

Deep,

Rhythmic breathing.

And together we're going to take three deep breaths in,

In through the nose and out through the mouth.

So slowly take a deep breath in,

Hold it,

And exhale slowly through your mouth,

Releasing any tension.

Again,

Breathe in,

Fill your lungs,

Hold it,

And now release,

Feeling your shoulders drop,

Your mind soften.

One more time,

Breathe in deeply,

Drawing in calm and clarity,

And exhale fully,

Letting go of all distractions.

You are safe.

You are present.

You are ready.

Now let's begin our descent into deeper awareness.

And with each number,

Feel your body relax more in your mind,

Expand into stillness.

Seven,

Feel a wave of calm begin at the top of your head and wash down through your jaw,

Face,

Neck.

Six,

Your shoulders and arms grow heavy.

The tension melts away.

Five,

Breathe and feel your chest open,

Your breath deepening.

Four,

Your spine relaxes,

Your hips release.

You sink into stillness.

Three,

The quiet around you becomes the quiet within.

Two,

You feel calm,

Clear,

And connected.

And one,

You are fully here,

Fully aware,

Deeply grounded in presence.

Now in your mind's eye,

See yourself standing at the base of a great mountain.

It's dawn.

The first light of the sun begins to rise on the horizon,

Casting golden rays across the land.

The mountain before you is tall and vast and yet welcoming.

It represents your journey,

Your path of conscious aligned action.

This path is not rushed.

It's not forced.

It's steady,

Sacred,

And yours alone.

You feel a surge of inner strength as you begin walking.

The trail beneath you glows with golden light as if the universe is illuminating every step in front of you.

With each stride forward,

You feel yourself shedding what no longer serves you.

The need to prove yourself falls away.

The fear of being judged dissolves.

The habit of forcing or overdoing melts into the earth.

You feel lighter,

Freer,

More present.

The mountain air is pure.

Trees whisper ancient truths.

The wind encourages you forward.

You feel completely supported by nature,

By spirit,

By your own inner knowing.

You continue your ascent and soon arrive at a crystal clear stream.

Its water sparkles with light and sings a sacred melody.

You kneel beside it,

Cupping the water in your hands.

You drink.

The water fills your body with clarity,

Focus,

And peace.

It washes away inner noise.

You now remember you don't need to push.

You need to align.

You don't need to grind.

You just need to be clear.

You rise and continue walking,

And now the scenery shifts.

You enter a forest of glowing trees,

Each leaf alive with color and meaning.

And as you pass,

The trees whisper reminders.

Let your energy serve your truth.

Effort is steady,

Not stressful.

Be intentional.

Be real.

You feel your spine straighten.

Your stride becomes confident and purposeful.

You know who you are.

You remember why you're here.

Soon you arrive at a high overlook.

The entire journey behind you is visible,

And you honor every step that brought you here.

In the center of the overlook is a round pool of still water.

You gaze into it,

Not to see your face,

But to see your essence.

The version of you that acts from truth,

That moves from love,

That lives from clarity.

Golden light begins to descend from the sky,

Warm and radiant.

It flows through the crown of your head,

Down your spine,

Your arms,

Your legs,

Filling every cell with divine energy.

You are now in perfect alignment.

Mind,

Body and spirit.

You no longer need to try harder.

You simply choose wiser.

You feel it in your bones.

This is the power in you.

This is what right effort feels like.

Rest here,

Absorbing the light,

Anchored in truth,

While I am quiet.

Silently repeat to yourself.

I'm aligned with my truth,

And I act with focus and tension.

I use my energy wisely,

With clarity,

Purpose and peace.

I release the need to force or prove.

I choose presence and power.

Every step I take is rooted in truth and leads me higher.

Now,

Slowly begin to walk down the other side of the mountain.

But something has shifted.

You're not seeking the path.
