The purpose of this meditation is to clear our energy centers,
Also known as the chakras.
It's a simple meditation where on the breath in,
You say to yourself,
I'm,
Cleem,
Sal.
On the breath out,
You say,
Sal,
Cleem,
I'm.
I'm represents the third eye,
Cleem represents the heart center,
And sal represents the root chakra.
So we're moving energy from the third eye to the heart to the root.
And then when we go sal,
Cleem,
I'm,
On the exhale,
We're moving energy from the root to the heart to the third eye.
The purpose is to say it deliberately.
So with every breath in,
I'm,
Cleem,
Sal.
With every breath out,
Sal,
Cleem,
I'm.
I will ring a bell to start the meditation.
I will ring a bell halfway through.
And I will ring three bells at the conclusion before bringing you out of meditation.
Thank you.

And take a conscious breath into your heart center.
Fill it full,
Full,
Full.
Allow it to open.
Now breathe out anything that is not pure love.
Take another breath in,
Breathe in to the heart center.
Let it open wider,
Wider,
Wider.
And now release everything else that is not of value any longer.
Again,
Breathe into the heart center,
And this time breathe out love into every cell of your body so that your whole body is infused with love and in a state of perfect homeostasis.
With our energy free and moving,
Our mind and body in homeostasis,
We can come out of this meditation knowing that all is well and that we are in control,
Grounded and balanced in our lives.
So start bringing your attention back to this time,
To this place.
And when you're ready,
Move your fingers,
Your hands,
Maybe your shoulders,
Maybe your neck,
And then gently open your eyes,
Coming back to this time,
To this place.
