This is a very quick practice for accepting compliments. I'll just shoot a few lovely compliments your way, and your job is to genuinely practice accepting them into your heart. Many of us developed habits over the years of letting people know we disagree with them when they say something kind about us. The first step to believing we are worthy of compliments, is to practice allowing those we love and care about to say kind things to us, and to graciously accept it rather than argue. Have fun!
