As you sit and lie comfortably,
Begin to release the weight of your entire body into the ground beneath you.
Remember there is no wrong way to meditate.
Allow whatever thoughts to come to your mind,
Flowing freely through you.
Now is the time you have taken to leave all your worries and burdens behind.
This time is for yourself.
As you continue to relax,
Allow your breath to flow effortlessly as we begin to tell your body to relax.
Starting with your legs,
Your stomach,
Your shoulders,
Relaxing your fingers,
Your neck,
Your jaw,
Allow your body to soften to its natural position.
Now I want you to take a deep cleansing breath in and exhale,
Allowing the breathing to fall into its natural rhythm.
Now I want you to bring your attention to your heart center.
Imagine a lovely green and pink light swirling like a whirlpool.
Take notice of how it feels,
How it looks,
And how it spins.
Is it spinning fast,
Or slow,
Or not at all?
Now we will take our attention back to our breath,
Taking a deep breath in.
And as we exhale,
We are breathing life back into our heart center.
With each exhale,
We are breathing pink and green light back into our heart center.
This ball of energy is your love,
It is the love you willingly accept.
It is forgiveness and it is trust.
Allow the green and pink light to begin filling your entire body,
Empowering your true essence of love.
You are loved,
You are loving,
And you fully trust the universe around you.
Let's take another deep breath in.
And as we exhale,
We are breathing out the old,
Welcoming the new.
Taking our attention back to the green and pink heart center,
Notice how it spins in perfect alignment.
And some time in your heart center,
Basking in its perfection.
Let's take another deep breath in.
Now we bring our awareness back to our physical body,
Becoming fully aware of the room we are in and the sounds outside.
