Details
The Rhythm of Self is a five-day immersive yoga and wellness retreat held at Six Senses Kaplankaya, set along the turquoise coast of Turkey. Designed as a space to step out of the pace of everyday life, the retreat invites you to reconnect with yourself in a more grounded and intentional way. Through a combination of yoga, meditation, breathwork, and somatic practices, you will be guided into a deeper awareness of your body, your breath, and your inner landscape. The approach is rooted in the philosophy of self-understanding through direct experience, allowing space to recognize patterns, soften mental noise, and return to a more intuitive way of being. Rather than adding something new, this process supports you in uncovering what is already there — creating clarity, presence, and a deeper sense of connection to yourself. Alongside the structured program, there is generous time for rest and integration. Whether by the sea, within nature, or in the spa, the rhythm of the retreat allows you to move at your own pace. Set within the natural beauty and calm of Six Senses Kaplankaya, the environment itself becomes part of the experience - offering a supportive space for both inner and outer restoration. This retreat is open to anyone seeking more presence, clarity, and a deeper connection to themselves.
