Guided by Tony Myers, Meditation and Yoga Teacher with more than 20 years of experience in Chakra Yoga, Meditation, Pranayama, and holistic wellbeing, and Bhante Maitree, a highly respected Buddhist monk with nearly 40 years of experience teaching traditional Theravada Buddhist meditation throughout Thailand, Vietnam, and Sri Lanka. This retreat offers a rare opportunity to learn from two experienced teachers representing complementary paths of healing and transformation.   • Comfortable clothing and a basic level of fitness are recommended for daily practices.

  • All participants must have travel insurance and ensure they obtain any relevant visa required for entry into Thailand.

Cancellation policy

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 120 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 120 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 120 days before the retreat begins.
