Details

Join us in beautiful Lake Toxaway, nestled in the mountains of Western North Carolina, to experience a weekend of deeply connecting with the sacred within and in the natural world. As you slow down and settle into the rhythms of this beautiful landscape, you will feel as though you have come home to yourself. The mountains and clear running creeks will be our sacred container to experience the transformative embodiment practices of yoga (co-facilitated by Wendy Swanson), breathwork, and guided nature connection. These expertly led practices will be medicine for the soul, awaken the heart, and illuminate the sacred.

The Main Lodge rooms are shared with one person in the queen bed on the ground floor and one person in the twin bed in the upstairs loft. Features of the Lodge Rooms: - Queen bed on main floor - Twin bed in Loft - Full Bathroom - Private balcony Farmhouse Cottage The Farmhouse Cottage is divided into three units. Each cottage unit (East, Center and West) has its own keypad-protected entrance. We are offering the West and Center units as singles and the East unit as a triple. See the Farmhouse options here.

Flow of the Day: Over the course of the weekend, we’ll flow between yoga, therapeutic nature practices, and ceremony, with time woven in simply to rest, reflect, and just be. This gentle rhythm allows space for both guided practice and organic connection with yourself, the community, and the land.

Testimonials

info

Wonderful guidance of deeper inner heart & nature connections ! Wendy & Kathleen very synced towards communicating openness of body, mind & spirit allowing oneself to truly let go of negative emotions that we sometimes hold onto unawaringly! 🙏

Two loving, kind, knowledgeable individuals who will do everything possible to guide and help one grow. The whole experience was incredible beyond verbal description.

Wendy and Kathleen complemented each other beautifully. I felt I was in a good place when I arrived, so I was open to but unprepared for the powerful transformation I experienced. It was an amazing weekend, filled with contemplation and sharing, movement and stillness, releasing and receiving. I connected more deeply to creation in all its divine mystery and grace, more deeply with myself, and more deeply with the friends I came with and the new friends I made. It was extremely powerful, and I would absolutely attend another retreat with Kathleen and Wendy.
