We will stay at Spirit & Spa Birkenhof am Elfenhain, a 4* superior wellness hotel, family-run and deeply personal in its welcome. It has over 4,000m² spa and 20,000m² of enchanted garden and forest.

Please book your room directly with the hotel. Only in-house guests from this hotel will be able to enter the hotel and join the retreat. You will not be able to book in to another hotel nearby.

Fly into Munich Airport (MUC). Arrive on August 17th no later than midday, and plan your departure for August 23rd in the late afternoon at the earliest.

Group transfers are included for these days. Everything between your arrival and departure is taken care of.

A detailed packing list will be sent before the retreat, but essentials include comfortable clothing for yoga and relaxation, swimwear, a journal, and an open heart. Yoga mats and props are provided at the venue.

Yes. Please arrange directly with the hotel. Please note that in this case you will also need to arrange for your own transport to/from Munich.

The included retreat group transfer will only operate once a day on August 17th and 23rd. The hotel offers free shuttle service to the closest train station ‘Grafenwiesen’. From there, a train ride to Munich main station can take around 3.5 to 4.5 hours with typically one change.

If, by the end of the retreat, you feel absolutely no shift compared to how you arrived—and you’ve shown up fully for the experience—you may request a partial refund.

To be eligible:

- You must have participated fully in all scheduled sessions, workshops, and practices.

- You must communicate openly with the facilitator during the retreat if you feel stuck or disconnected.

- Refunds will not apply in cases of illness or missed sessions.

- If a refund is granted, it will cover only the portion of your payment attributed to facilitation and coaching services. All third-party costs (e.g. accommodation, meals, transportation, activities, transaction fees, commissions) are non-refundable.
