Return to You is a gentle 3-day, 2-night retreat lovingly created to help you slow down, breathe deeply, and reconnect with yourself, beyond the roles, routines, and expectations of daily life. Set in the tranquil hills of Benissa, Spain, this women-only space offers a soft landing for your heart and mind. It's an invitation to rest, reflect, and return to what matters most - you. Guided by me, Vera, a teacher trained in Hatha Yoga, Pranayama, Meditation, and Yogic Philosophy, each session is designed to support your nervous system, open your breath, and bring stillness to your inner world. Together, we'll explore gentle yoga, breathwork, meditation, journaling, and time in nature. All of this is supported by nourishing vegetarian meals and the healing quiet of the landscape around us. My deepest inspiration is the belief that nature heals everything, and that your breath is your greatest teacher, always there to guide you home. Whether you’re navigating stress, seeking clarity, or simply craving a deeper connection to yourself, you are welcome here. All levels are embraced, and no experience is needed, just your presence.

La Casita de Abajo is a cottage with a very bright and purely Mediterranean landscape just 5 km from Calpe, in a privileged setting, amid nature and a stone's throw from everything. It's a country house that has all the amenities. The area offers endless outdoor, sporting, and dining activities. Our retreat home is a cosy, nature-surrounded villa in the peaceful hills of Benissa. The space is simple, soulful, and designed for rest and reconnection. You’ll stay in one of the following: A shared bedroom with 4 single beds, perfect for those who enjoy community and connection. Or a private room ideal for one person or a couple seeking more solitude and quiet. The house includes 2 bathrooms, a warm and welcoming living room, and a sunny patio with hammocks for afternoon rest or quiet reflection. Nature is all around, gentle hills, soft breezes, birdsong, and space to breathe. This is not a luxury retreat, but a peaceful, heart-centered one, created for those who want to unplug and return to what’s real.

During the retreat, you’ll be served two nourishing vegetarian meals each day, breakfast/brunch and a light afternoon meal. All meals are lovingly prepared with fresh, wholesome ingredients to support your body and emotional well-being. The food is primarily plant-based (with some vegetarian options), simple, grounding, and inspired by seasonal Mediterranean flavors. You can expect warm teas, fruits, hearty grains, colourful vegetables, and soothing soups, all served in a mindful, relaxed setting. This retreat is designed to support rest and digestion, so we’ll skip heavy dinners and instead create space in the evenings for tea, stillness, and gentle reflection. Please let us know in advance if you have any dietary needs or allergies, we’ll do our best to accommodate you with care.

  • No prior yoga experience is necessary all levels are welcome!

  • Please come with an open mind and willingness to explore your practice and emotions.

  • Bring comfortable clothing suitable for yoga and meditation.

  • Participants should be able to move safely through gentle to moderate yoga sessions; please inform us of any injuries or health concerns in advance. Commitment to the full retreat schedule is encouraged to get the most benefit. Respect for the group space and others’ personal journeys is essential.

  • Bring a journal or notebook for reflections, or you can use the materials provided.

Cancellation policy

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 60 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 60 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 60 days before the retreat begins.
