It doesn’t matter if you’re a complete beginner, have tried other energy work without success, or are certified in another healing technique and want a fresh approach. By the end of this retreat, you’ll be a confident and effective healer, able to connect with and use Practical Reiki energy anytime, anywhere, for consistent results. Practical Reiki Level 1, no symbols or hand positions needed, an organic approach to energy healing. You will gain clear, precise knowledge of your intuition and how to strengthen it, the functions of the human biofield, and simple, two-word phrases to instantly connect chakra imbalances to life experiences. Your attunement—the energy transfer empowering you to use Reiki—will fully activate your entire energy system. You will master powerful and versatile techniques, including: Self & Distance Healing: Use Reiki to relax, align your own energy centers, reduce pain, and heal others, even when they are not in the same room. Advanced Applications: Learn how to pre-set healing for specific future events (like surgeries or exams), queue healing until the receiver is ready, and direct the energy to target specific situations or qualities (e.g., opening opportunities for abundance). Karmic Band Healing: Heal or strengthen any relationship, past or present, including traumatic family connections. Room Cleansing: Remove negative energetic residue left by arguments or traumatic events, ensuring your space feels peaceful and relaxing. PLUS Key Skills: You will also learn how to instantly activate Reiki with just two words, enhance the nutritional content of food, understand why Reiki deepens your spiritual connection, and master essential professional ethics, including the importance of confidentiality and asking for permission. We cover how to protect your energy as a healer, what never to do during a session, and six simple ways to instantly ground and re-align your focus if you feel tired or dizzy. 10-10:30 am - Introductions - Getting to know you! 10:30-11:30 am - Reiki - what it is, how it works, Intention & Attention 11:30 am-12:30 pm- Intuition - how it works, how to recognize it (Reiki sample for everyone to experience), Chakras - what they are, how they function, how to remember them easily. 12:30-1:15 pm - LUNCH BREAK 1:15-3:00 pm - Self-healing, distance healing, cleansing a room, karmic band healing, situations/ qualities healing 3:00-3:30 pm - Practical Reiki Level 1 Attunement 3:30-4:00 - Practice Time
