If you are living in a constant state of stress... dealing with brain fog... taking care of everyone else... finding yourself always at the bottom of the list... running on empty... feeling alone... wondering where the thriving version of you went... then join us for six transformative days in the mountains of Colorado, where you’ll finally have the space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your presence and your true self. Do you appear to be functioning on the outside, and yet feel completely depleted underneath? Maybe you’ve been dealing with brain fog or that constant feeling that you’re running on empty. You keep pushing through, doing and being productive, taking care of everyone else… and deep down, something isn’t right. Living in a constant state of stress (or burnout) takes a real toll on your body, mind, and soul. Over time, it leaves you depleted, disconnected from yourself and loved ones, and wondering where the thriving version of you went. The truth is, you are surviving. Your body hasn’t forgotten how to heal. It just needs the right space, support, and time to reset. If you are tired of running on fumes and ready to break free from chronic stress and nervous system overwhelm, join us for six transformative days in the mountains of Colorado, where you’ll finally have the space to pause, breathe, and reconnect with your presence and your true self. Rest and recharge in a luxurious environment designed to support genuine connection, soothing your nervous system, and complete rejuvenation. Immerse yourself in nature’s healing energy, unplug from life’s constant digital noise and pressures, and connect with other high-achievers who understand exactly what it feels like to hold everything together for everyone but yourself. Through guided IFS-based conversations, simple education around stress and regulation, energy healing sessions, gentle movement, creative reflection, quiet time, nourishing meals, and time outdoors, you’ll have the time and space to slow down, begin to identify and release hidden patterns, and reconnect with yourself. By the time you leave, you'll have renewed perspective and feel lighter, more grounded, and empowered with less physical tension, and more like yourself than you have in a long time. This grounded reset leaves you with body-based, sensory, and creative practices that support balance and are realistic to take home and use in real life.

Schedule

Welcome Our checkin time is 4:00pm on Thursday. Upon arrival at the retreat property, you will have an opportunity to settle into your room. At 5:00pm we will gather for introductions and intention setting. During the Retreat Days begin 6:30-7:00am. Each morning begins with a gentle and refreshing body movement practice, followed directly by breakfast. Morning sessions built around IFS and self-discovery. Sessions about the nervous system, perfectionism and the inner critic. Sharing is always optional. Lunch will be served 12:00-12:30pm, and last an hour. Afternoon sessions curated around creativity and self-discovery. Sessions include Soul Collage, Neurographic Panting and optional one-on-one sessions with guest practitioners. Dinner will be served 6:00-6:30pm and last an hour. Days end with a final point of connection. A meditation, a Cacao ceremony and a sound bath. Moments of free-time are as essential to your settling and wellbeing as the group and individual sessions. They serve as opportunities for grounding, to breath and unwind. There is no pressure to share, participate, or be anything other than where you are. Until Next Time On our final morning we'll meet for our final movement session, followed by breakfast. Our checkout time is 9:45am on Tuesday. Together we'll venture to Boulder Colorado to the Onyx Healing Collective (11-1pm) for a final meditation and to reflect on the experiences that changed us and the friendships that blossomed over the past few days. You will leave with more than memories, you will carry with you the embers of new knowledge, tools and perspectives, as well as a renewed sense of connection to your true self.
