Get settled and join a meet-and-greet dinner!

We begin our process together by connecting to the Earth. On this first day, you’ll immerse in the pura vida vibration energetically and experience deep guided healing to unwind the body, ground, and let go of what your system can now let go of. Grounding allows your body to receive healing at a cellular level, supported by settling into Costa Rica’s healing properties.

The water element in our system governs our emotions, creativity, nourishment, senses, fluidity, and more. When we lose water internally, we dry up internally, lose connection with ourselves, our feminine, and our boundaries, and we lose our life force, inspiration, and vitality for life. An imbalance of connection to internal water element leaves us in co-dependent patterns, addictive behaviors, overworking, and so much more. You’ll receive a Divine guidance healing to help release, clear, and/or support the health and well-being of your sacral chakra power.

The fire element in the body is your masculine energy. It is your will and your soul’s mission in this life. It is your drive, your manifesting, and your confidence. When life dampens the fire or burns it out, our digestion of life and food is compromised. Reigniting the sacred fire within reconnects us to courage, confidence, will, and fulfilling the mission your soul was called here to do. Receive a Divinely Guided Healing to detox this power center and to increase confidence and faith in yourself.

We’ll head to Samara (James’ hometown) for a boat tour to see marine life, such as dolphins, whales, and sea turtles. You’ll have time to swim in the ocean, snorkel and see marine life by the reef. We’ll have lunch and have time to check out the town of Samara.

Day 4 in the Evening (Wed): Special Surprise Event!

The Heart Chakra and the Throat Chakra are the power centers connected with air and ether. Not enough air and circulation contribute to stuck emotions and body toxins, which can keep us suppressed emotionally and verbally and also recycling our wounds. Through singing, changing, and opening the voice, your energy body will release what obstructs your heart’s truth. You’ll receive guided healing and experience circle signing to open your heart. No sunset meditation this day to explore the town, go to the beach, have body treatments, enjoy ocean activities, hike, or whatever feeds your soul. Time off to “be” is necessary when on retreat!

Aligning internally to the flow of universal light opens up your Divine connection to higher messages and the healing light of Love. This session is the opportunity to receive the healing of higher love and connection to your higher self, who is always guiding the intuitive within you. As we complete our final day of the retreat, you’ll integrate your higher knowledge into your lower body to support you with tools and sourcing for the changes you may need to make after this retreat.

Day 6 (Sunset Meditation)- Divinely Align to Your Inner Wisdom, Integration, and Closing Circle

Breathe in the elements of nature, the Pura Vida of Costa Rica, and all that you have received from this retreat. We’ll come together for a final sunset meditation and circle gathering to complete your healing process this week, discuss integrating back into your life, and bring your retreat to completion.
