Schedule

Meeting at 10:00 we will provide introductions for the day. 10:30 - once settled into our area, we will start the day with a Nature Meditation called EcoNIDRA. EcoNIDRA has its roots in Yoga Nidra and is where Nature Connection meets Shavasana. You will be guided through a triple journey, through your senses, your body and the earth. 11:30 A walking meditation - having started to slow down our mind and body -this meditation helps us to acknowledge these changes and increase our curiosity and observation. 12:30 time to eat your packed lunch and eat together. 13:00 Explorative writing - both guided and through writing prompts we will explore how our outer landscape often mirrors our inner landscape and vice versa. No previous writing experience needed and many journaling techniques and styles can be utilised. 14:00 A "Sit Spot" practice - this is a practice within Nature Therapy and a practice that can be done anytime and in any place. A period of time to connect with a piece of Nature and your own true Nature. 14:30 Closing circle - Sharing our experiences and take away insights from the day. 15:00 return to our starting point in the park near the car parks.
