Details

Mandala Dance Level 1 is an immersive retreat for women who want to explore the foundations of Mandala Dance through movement, meditation and embodied awareness. Guided by Maya Mandala, creator of the practice, the retreat introduces participants to the fundamental movements and principles of Mandala Dance while creating space for a deeper connection with the body, presence and inner experience. Throughout the retreat, participants explore movement through circles, spirals and figure-eight patterns, together with meditation and body awareness practices. The experience is designed as a gradual journey, allowing participants to discover the practice through direct experience rather than performance or previous dance ability. No previous experience with Mandala Dance is required. The retreat welcomes women who are discovering the practice for the first time as well as those who wish to deepen their existing experience.
