Join me for a full-body, soul-nourishing wellness reset at the stunning Mornington Hot Springs. Slow down, move mindfully, breathe deeply and leave feeling completely renewed. With Pilates, breathwork and yoga, this is a full one day immersion connecting to your mind and body.

We will have sandwiches, wraps, fruit platters and healthy bliss balls. Juice, coffee, tea and water.

Schedule

Your retreat day begins with an uplifting Pilates mat session to gently energise your body, followed by a soothing breathwork flow to calm your mind and ease you in to a state of deep presence. Next, we will stretch and unwind with a calming yoga practice that will leave yoy feeling grounded, renewed and open. Afterward enjoy a delicious nourishing lunch before slipping in to the mineral-rich thermal waters the hot springs are famous for. With full access to robes, lockers, and towels you're free to unwind at your own pacce-soak, float, explore and saviour every moment. Itinerary: Arrive at 9.30am 9.45am Mat Pilates Session 10.45am Breathwork session 11.30am Short bathroom and refresher Break 11.45am Yoga session 12.30pm-1.30pm enjoy a delicious lunch 1.30pm onwards- Enjoy the Peninsula Hot Springs for as long as you wish.

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 14 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 14 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 14 days before the retreat begins.
