Schedule

The retreat begins on Friday with arrival, check-in, and a welcome program, followed by dinner and an evening practice that includes an outdoor fire. Saturday starts with an early morning practice before breakfast. The day's activities include a morning program with outdoor time, lunch, and an afternoon program split into two parts with self-paced outdoor time in between. The day concludes with dinner and an evening program. On Sunday, the schedule includes an early morning program, breakfast, and a room check-out before a closing program with outdoor time. The retreat wraps up with a final lunch and departure.
