Details

Calling all eldest daughters, chronic “givers," and sensitive empaths: HEAL is designed to help you explore and heal deep-rooted patterns of perfectionism, people-pleasing, and the pressures that come with being a high achiever. Through group work, somatic healing, and time away, you’ll experience transformative healing and return to yourself in a supportive and nurturing environment. Set in a serene jungle setting in Tulum at Dora Jungle, we'll gather in community and connection to unlearn, restore, and heal. Facilitated by Katie Bellamy, licensed therapist, dance/movement therapist, and Reiki Master Teacher, this retreat is designed to support you mentally, emotionally, physically, and spiritually. We'll understand the origins of patterns, restore nervous system functioning, and invite healing through rest, community, and movement.
