Our Theme Is... 'EASING INTO BEING' This is an opportunity to take a pause and slow right down… BREATHE… notice what you notice, tenderly feel and experience your body, gradually easing into allowing yourself to be exactly as you are. EMBODIED – HUMAN – HERE – NOW! Coupled alongside this embracing of your glorious humanity will be a gentle, curious exploration into who you really are, your true nature, your beingness touching into the theme of spiritual awakening, liberation and enlightenment. As you ease into this, there may be a discovery of what it means to be both fully human and fully divine.

Testimonials

info

I was completely burnt out and looking for a reset. This gentle retreat, which took place in beautiful surroundings, met my needs more perfectly and profoundly than expected. It helped me achieve deep rest and encouraged self-compassion and resilience and therefore had a positive impact on the days that followed the retreat. If you are struggling with anything, but courageous enough to explore it, I can't recommend this retreat with David highly enough. David brought all the person-centred core conditions to his facilitation practice, and a type of gentle groundedness that reassured and stabilised the group.... no expectations or judgements, is how he came across and his compassionate approach felt a truly special skill needed to hold the group.

I would highly recommend the Eden Rise residential retreat. It was expertly facilitated, with clear, insightful teachings, offered as helpful invitations to connect more deeply with self. Alongside, Eden rise is a beautiful venue to spend time at, having both homely, spacious interiors and a wider countryside setting to walk and unwind in.

Nick, UK

I felt that the retreat was very well balanced and that David held the space in a calm and safe energy. This allowed me to process any feelings that came to the surface with ease and confidence. I felt more relaxed as time went on and this has enabled me to take this energy of presence back into my life. Overall, there was a loving, accepting and uplifting energy throughout with a lovely group of people.
