Details

Somewhere along the way, you learned that everyone else’s needs mattered more than your own. You became the helper. The caregiver. The problem-solver. The one who keeps everything together. And while you’re endlessly kind to others, you’ve forgotten how to extend that same kindness to yourself. Imagine spending one day focused entirely on you. A day to slow down, breathe deeply, release self-judgment, and remember who you are beneath the pressure, expectations, and self-doubt. Join Sabrina Martelli, founder of Healing Path Services Inc., registered social worker, energy healer, author, motivational speaker, and mom, for an inspiring one-day retreat designed to help women cultivate self-love, embrace self-compassion, and create more joy from within. This retreat is perfect for women who: • Feel emotionally exhausted from putting others first • Struggle with self-worth and self-acceptance • Find it easier to love others than themselves • Long to feel lighter, happier, and more connected Through guided healing experiences, meditation, reflective exercises, and authentic connection with other women, you’ll leave feeling empowered, renewed, and reminded of your inherent value. You are not here merely to survive. You are worthy of joy.
