COCOON is a one-day winter retreat designed to honour nature’s quieter rhythms and invite you gently inward. Rooted in the Sol Moves philosophy of seasonal living, the day offers a warm, welcoming space to slow down, rest deeply, and reconnect with what truly matters beneath the busyness of everyday life. Through gentle all-levels yoga and breathwork, guided journaling and reflection, nourishing Yin Yoga focused on the Kidney and Liver meridians, and a restorative sound bath, you’ll be supported to regulate your nervous system, replenish your energy, and gain clarity for the season ahead. A seasonal, nourishing lunch and herbal tea are included, with all dietary needs welcome. COCOON is a pause. A chance to turn inward like the caterpillar before transformation, so you can emerge feeling grounded, refuelled, and quietly aligned with what wants to unfold when the light returns.

Temple Retreat is a luxurious hideaway oasis set on 10 acres and surrounded by nature. Located only 20km from Brisbane CBD or 40 minutes from Brisbane Airport, it is a private venue consisting of seven fully renovated 1940’s army barracks relocated from Wacol. Temple Retreat’s unique buildings form a collection of private accommodation for up to ten people, a boutique yoga studio, and spa sanctuary. The spaces are available to hire for small intimate gatherings, yoga retreats and exclusive customised wellness weekends.

Morning tea will include fresh fruit and a selection of herbal teas. Lunch is a seasonal, primarily vegetarian wholefood spread designed to be warming, nourishing, and easy to digest, in line with the winter season. Dishes may include comforting cooked vegetables, grains, and protein-rich options to keep you satisfied for the afternoon. A small sweet afternoon treat and tea will be served before the retreat closes. All dietary requirements can be catered for — please provide details when booking so we can accommodate you.
