Surrounded by rolling green fields, farmland, and scenic views typical of the Yorkshire countryside, the area offers a peaceful and rural atmosphere while still being within easy reach of Harrogate’s charming town center. Known for its natural beauty, fresh air, and access to walking trails and open landscapes, Cote Hill Road provides a tranquil setting ideal for relaxation and retreat-style experiences.

All dietary requirements catered for - please let us know when you book. 🫁 Accessible respiratory anatomy and physiology An educational session about how you breathe, and why how you breathe affects everything about your wellbeing. Holly is very experienced breaking down potentially complex subjects into key takeaways that are relevant for you! There's no unnecessary scientific terms or jargon, just solid information you can use to improve your life. 🌿 Calming yoga relaxation Having moved beautifully in our morning flow, and then learnt about how to breathe, this calming session is an opportunity for us to put it all together. Expect to get super comfy and warm and be guided by Holly into a state of deep relaxation firstly through the breathe, and then by letting go. 🙏 Closing ceremony Expect to reconnect with your body and feel super grounded yet present and awake. There will be a chance to ask absolutely any questions too.

The remaining balance for the retreat is due 30 days prior to the start date. If this balance is paid earlier than these 30 days, you are eligible to cancel and receive a full refund of this remaining balance, provided you do so at least 30 days before the retreat begins.
