Details

Step into a week of deep rest, gentle reconnection, and inner renewal on the island of Koh Phangan. This retreat is an invitation to slow down, soften, and return to yourself through a carefully held balance of movement, stillness, and spacious time to simply be. Each day begins with gentle yoga practices designed to awaken the body and open the breath, followed by unstructured time to rest, explore nature, or integrate at your own pace. Evenings invite you into deeper stillness through Yin Yoga and Yoga Nidra, supporting the nervous system to unwind and restore. We open the week with a New Moon cacao ceremony, creating space for intention setting and heart connection, and close with Rituals of Rest — a deeply nourishing Yin and aromatherapy journey, where you’ll also receive simple self-care practices to take home with you. Set within a peaceful, nature-based retreat environment, the simplicity of the space supports a deeper sense of calm, allowing you to disconnect from daily distractions and reconnect with your natural rhythm. This retreat is ideal for those seeking a reset — physically, mentally, and emotionally — and who feel called to step away from the pace of everyday life and into a more grounded, spacious way of being.

Schedule

The retreat begins with a welcoming arrival, shared dinner, and a deeply relaxing Yoga Nidra session to ease participants into the experience. Each day follows a gentle rhythm of morning practices combining vinyasa, breathwork, and meditation, complemented by nourishing meals and ample free time for rest, beach visits, treatments, or personal reflection. Throughout the week, participants are invited into a variety of enriching experiences, including a cacao ceremony, candlelit Yin Yoga, a waterfall excursion, and evening practices such as Yoga Nidra and gentle flow sessions. Special rituals and workshops are woven in to support rest, sensory awareness, and deeper connection. The retreat gradually transitions into integration and closing rituals, allowing space to reflect and unwind before a peaceful departure.
