Details

BhaktiBreath is an integrative, heart-centered approach that combines breathwork, mantra, sound healing, and gentle movement to regulate the nervous system and reawaken the sacred within. Rooted in yogic devotion and informed by somatic wisdom, this practice invites you to slow down, soften, and remember your wholeness. Through the lens of BhaktiBreath, this 3-night/4-day experience is a space to soften, breathe, and reconnect with your inner self. You’ll be guided through gentle yoga, yoga nidrā, breath-centered practices, and immersive sound healing, all held within a devotional container. We’ll explore mantra chanting as a pathway to presence and gather for a special workshop to deepen your connection with yourself. My sister, Rasa Indraya, will be assisting throughout the retreat, helping to support the flow of the weekend and the overall container with care and presence, including assisting with the immersive sound healing experiences. Whether you’re seeking nourishment, clarity, or connection, this retreat offers a spacious and supportive container to settle your nervous system, awaken your heart, and return home to your innate wholeness.

Testimonials

info

I recently attended the Inner Reset retreat with Veda and Kristin in NC!!! I know Veda from when she lived in AZ and have missed her guidance through yoga classes, doing yoga therapy with her and her friendship!! When I saw the retreat advertised, I instantly contacted her for more info with the intent to go!!! It was FABULOUS!! They created such an amazing experience with a small group of women. We were instantly able to connect and shared a wonderful experience in a beautiful setting in Old Fort, NC. As always, Veda infused her classes with intention and provided classes to impact various parts of the body, infused with other education. Kristin also was an amazing resource and provided excellent guidance for new techniques. It was a joy to watch them co-facilitate!! If the opportunity arises again, I would definitely participate in the next retreat!!!
