Retreat Schedule 9:00–9:30 AM | Arrival and Opening Circle We begin with a gentle welcome, grounding practices, and intention setting. This opening allows you to arrive fully, settle into the space, and connect with what has brought you here. 9:30–10:30 AM | Shared Breakfast A nourishing breakfast is enjoyed in a peaceful Sedona setting. This shared meal invites ease, connection, and the beginning of nervous system regulation through mindful nourishment and calm presence. 10:30–11:00 AM | Introduction to Nervous System Regulation This session explores the foundations of nervous system science, including polyvagal theory and the body’s response to stress. You will learn practical somatic tools that can be easily integrated into daily life to support regulation and cultivate greater capacity for rest. 11:00–11:45 AM | Somatic Practices and Gentle Breathwork Through guided body-based awareness, gentle breathwork, and mindful movement, you will experience how to shift from states of activation into safety and rest. All practices are introduced slowly, with careful attention to comfort and personal pacing. 11:45 AM–12:15 PM | Emotional Attunement and Inner Child Integration This session offers space for deeper emotional exploration, gently working with patterns held in the body and connecting with parts of yourself that may need care and attention. The approach is trauma-informed and honors your choice in how deeply you engage. 12:15–12:45 PM | Personalized Support Session You will receive individualized support through optional hands-on somatic work or energy-based practices, tailored to your nervous system’s needs. This may include gentle touch-based techniques, energy clearing, or other supportive somatic interventions. 12:45–1:00 PM | Nervous System Mapping and Integration Planning Together, we will map your unique nervous system patterns, stress responses, and capacity for regulation. You will receive a personalized integration plan with practical tools designed to support continued practice beyond the retreat. 1:00–1:15 PM | Closing Reflection and Circle We close with a gentle reflection on your experience, honoring insights gained and intentions moving forward. This is a space to acknowledge the work you have done and the courage it takes to return home to yourself. Post-Retreat Support Following the retreat, you will receive your personalized integration plan via email, along with additional resources and guidance to support you in integrating these practices into daily life.
