The food at our retreat is a celebration of simplicity, wholesomeness, and the nourishing power of plant-based ingredients. Every meal is crafted with love and care, bringing people together at the table to share soul-satisfying dishes that will elevate your retreat experience. We believe in the beauty of real, delicious whole foods—each plate thoughtfully prepared to nourish both body and spirit. Our meals are made from scratch using the highest quality ingredients, sourced locally and organically where possible. The focus is always on fresh, vibrant produce that connects you to the seasons and the land. The intention behind each dish is to provide the energy and nourishment you need.

Schedule

Each day the retreat begins with a nurturing morning practice at 8:30, designed to regulate your nervous system, leaving you feeling grounded, calm, and deeply connected to yourself. Through gentle movement, breathwork, and meditation, the practice helps you release tension and set an intentional tone for the day ahead, cultivating a sense of inner balance and clarity. Following the practice, a wholesome brunch will be served at 10:00, providing nourishing, plant-based dishes that will replenish and energise you for the rest of the day. The remainder of the day is free time, offering you space to rest, reflect, explore the natural surroundings, or simply be with your thoughts—whatever feels most restorative for you. This unstructured time allows you to honour your own rhythm and integrate the morning’s practice at your own pace. At 17:00, we come together once again for an evening workshop, rest practice, or sound bath. These sessions are designed to deepen your relaxation, facilitate rest, and foster a deeper connection with yourself, guiding you into a peaceful evening of repose. Dinner will be served at 19:00, featuring a wholesome, plant-based meal to nourish your body and soul. Each dish is thoughtfully prepared to support your journey of rest and renewal. Please note that the schedule is subject to change, allowing for flexibility to best meet the needs and energy of the group. Each day is designed to flow organically, ensuring a truly restorative and personalised experience.

Testimonials

info

A weekend that has held and nourished my soul in the most tender way. Huge thanks to Chrissie and Hannah for hosting this weekend of restful practice in the beautiful Purusha Retreat. Thanks to the wonderful souls who made it all so special with your boundless love and energy. I am taking all this nourishment and weaving it into life. Rest is essential. It doesn’t have to be earned. It doesn’t make you lazy. It is where the magic happens and the softening back into yourself so you can remember how wonderful it is to be you.

Kate Edwards, UK

You will be in safe hands with Hannah & Chrissie, who together have produced a winning combination for a yoga retreat. Their depth of knowledge, pearls of wisdom and easy, comfortable manner make everyone feel heard and seen. They provide a safe space for you to discover elements of yoga which you may not have previously explored, an awareness of body and breath and the mind-body connection, which may bring feelings of discomfort and joy, release of tension and deep relaxation
