If that scared you but you are still curious and willing to dig in, then WELCOME! This workshop program includes the latest curriculum based on the research of Brené Brown and her Dare to Lead™ programming. For the fast track experience from the comfort of your own home or office, we have created a 4 DAY experience that will provide the full programming for the Dare To Lead™ training with time & room for the application of the material between sessions, while allowing you the opportunity to lean in to the skill-building training necessary to become a Daring Leader. Curriculum Overview - Introduction to the Dare To Lead™️ Mindset & Skill Development - The Heart of a Daring Leader - Rumbling With Vulnerability - Living Into Values - BRAVING Trust - Rising With Resilience Please note that while all items in this curriculum will be addressed, the actual delivery of the curriculum is adapted to the needs of the group/team. Course Dates This course is designed as an IN-PERSON RETREAT experience. We will meet online a few weeks before the in-person event. You will arrive in Galway no later than the Sunday afternoon as we will reconnect in person for a Sunday Dinner. The retreat session times are Monday - Thursday, 10am to 5pm. You will have time to experience Galway. There will be some optional exercusions planned as well as some options for the days leading up and following our course days (TBA). ABOUT MARYPAT KAVANAGH AND THE DARE TO LEAD™ PROGRAM *** About The Dare To Lead Program Based on the research of Dr. Brené Brown, Dare to Lead™ is an empirically based courage building program designed to be facilitated by organizational development professionals. The most significant finding from Brené’s latest research is that courage is a collection of four skill sets that are teachable, measurable, and observable. The Dare to Lead™ program focuses on developing these courage building skills through workshops, trainings, and coaching to help individuals, teams, and organizations move from armored leadership to daring leadership. Individuals who successfully complete the full 24-hour Dare to Lead™ program will receive a certificate of completion and are allowed to put the Dare to Lead Trained badge on their LinkedIn account. ***** About MaryPat Kavanagh: I help SMEs and Small Business Owners control their online visibility so that word of mouth referrals turn into customers. Testimonials

info

“Through the Dare to Lead™ training with MaryPat, I learned that when I armor up and avoid hard conversations, I diminish my ability to be a good leader within my organization. Since the training, I have found that the more clear, kind, and brave I can be as a leader, the more my teammates rise to the occasion to show up as positive, brave, and kind leaders as well. With this knowledge and practice, our team and business is flourishing!”

Liz Graham, United States of America

“I completed the Dare to Lead training with MaryPat Kavanagh together with my 4 employees. I found the training to be invaluable and it has really helped my communication with my team.”

Maria O’Donovan, Ireland

“The workshop completely changed the way I look at what it means, and takes, to be a “successful” business owner. I now have a completely new and usable set of tools that will make my life as a business owner much easier!”

Brandon Hill, United States of America

"MaryPat was my Dare To Lead Facilitator and I loved the positive and productive atmosphere she created and value her broad expertise and profound experience. Thank you!"
