This Yin Yoga Teacher Training offers a deeply immersive experience that blends the meditative practice of Yin Yoga with the wisdom of Traditional Chinese Medicine and the Five Element Theory. Set in a peaceful natural environment, the training invites participants to slow down, reconnect, and explore the subtle energetic layers of the body and mind. Designed for yoga teachers and dedicated practitioners, the program provides a holistic understanding of Yin Yoga beyond the physical postures. Participants will explore energetic meridians, the flow of Qi (life force energy), and the Five Elements—Wood, Fire, Earth, Metal, and Water—learning how these principles can support balance, emotional wellbeing, and inner harmony. The training also focuses on the art of holding space, helping participants develop presence, empathy, and clarity when guiding others. You will learn how to lead students into deeply meditative states, creating practices that encourage relaxation, introspection, and healing.

Surrounded by lush tropical gardens and rice field landscapes, the setting offers a calm and secluded atmosphere ideal for rest and reflection. Accommodation includes beautifully designed private double rooms with comfortable furnishings and private terraces or balconies. The property also features a relaxing swimming pool and tranquil outdoor spaces, creating the perfect environment to unwind between training sessions and fully immerse in the retreat experience.

Delicious vegetarian meals will be provided during the retreat, prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The food will be nourishing, wholesome, and designed to support a yoga and wellness-focused experience. Meals will include a variety of balanced plant-based dishes inspired by local flavours, offering participants healthy and satisfying options throughout the training.

Schedule

Each day of the retreat is designed to balance movement, learning, nourishment, and rest. Mornings begin with pranayama and meditation (8:00–9:00am) to centre the mind and prepare the body for practice. This is followed by a Yin & Yang Flow yoga session (9:15–10:45am), combining dynamic movement with slower, grounding postures. At 11:00am, participants gather for a nourishing brunch, offering time to relax and connect with others. The afternoon continues with an in-depth lecture session (1:00–4:00pm), providing space for learning, reflection, and discussion. Later in the day, a Yin Yoga practice (4:00–5:30pm) invites participants to slow down, release tension, and integrate the day’s teachings. The day concludes with a shared dinner at 6:00pm, allowing time for community, conversation, and rest before the next day’s program.
