Schedule

Our days at the Back to Nature retreat are meant to guide you back to what is really important: YOU. Each day includes movement, workshops, space for taking care of your nervous system and space for connecting with your fellow retreat attendees. Our only ask of our guests, is that they choose themselves... whether that means skipping yoga to sleep in or go for a walk or taking on the whole schedule. We're here to hold the container, while you choose to show up how you need to most.

If you're looking for an outstanding woman-focused yoga (and more!) experience, this retreat is for you. Actually, ANY of the fabulous retreats offered by Autumn and Toni is sure to be a great choice. No matter where you travel, with an Ambuja Yoga retreat, you'll experience excellent communication, support and activities from the moment you sign up. Autumn is so kind and generous, as well as being a kick-a** yoga teacher and facilitator. The locations and materials are top-notch--you'll feel cared-for and, yes, loved throughout the experience. And it is an experience. It's so fabulous that you'll want to return again and again (I've just completed my 4th retreat.). Perfect for any woman, whether you've never 'done' a retreat or are a seasoned traveler. Try it; you'll be glad you did.

It was the perfect “Back to Nature” retreat as I so enjoyed everything about it! The flexibility of the schedule, the delicious food, and the feeling of connection with Nature and others! Definitely, we’ll be back next year! 💜🩷💜

This was my first yoga retreat and in fact my first official yoga class. I was as green as they come. My friend told me how great it was and I had always wanted to learn yoga so I signed up with her with the intention of taking classes for a few months before attending the retreat. As life would have it, I lost a parent shortly after booking and my life turned a bit upside down so I never ended up taking any classes. I was a little nervous about my lack of practice and skill but decided there was no better time than now to dive in and learn. We had around 21 women in our group, every one of them was wonderful, kind, and interesting to talk to. The food was excellent and the location can't be beat. Autumn and Toni shared that if you want to sleep in or go for a walk that you don't have to worry if you miss a session, it's your retreat. I went to every session, I wanted to get the full experience. My body gave me some feedback that the workouts were working and I felt great. I had not stayed in a tipi before, it was awesome. The beds were so comfortable, a new outdoor shower was installed and it too was excellent. The property could not be more peaceful. I enjoyed all of the yoga sessions and the guided meditation. I was in deep reflection often and for the first time in a long time I had slowed my thoughts to reconcile things that had gone on in the past few years. When I came home my friends and family asked how it was and one of the best words that came to me repeatedly was magical. I have already found a local yoga studio that is close to me to continue by practice and have been practicing daily since coming back home. If you are thinking about booking a retreat with Autumn you won't regret it. You will leave a better person with more knowledge about many things but most importantly your true self. I plan to go again next year (with some refined skills) and am looking over a few other destination locations as well. Autumn and Toni are awesome teachers and I highly recommend the retreats they offer, thank you for a great first experience.

I had an amazing experience. A truly magical and transformative retreat. The food was delicious and nourishing. I slept comfy and warm with the song of hooting owls in the air. Pure joy! Best of all was the guidance and support of Autumn and Toni. Thank you ladies with all of my heart!

This was an amazing experience. I went into this retreat with no expectations because I had never experienced anything like this before. Autumn is amazing. She brings with her many different experiences and all of it comes together to make her retreats a joyful experience. I decided to attend this retreat because I am moving through the grief process and this helped me realize that grief will always be there but it does not have to define me. Doing yoga twice a day and then doing afternoon hikes was exactly what my body was looking for. If I wanted to move through grief, I had to get my body moving again. It has helped so much. The food was fantastic. Toni did a great job in the kitchen keeping us all fed. I know she worked very hard at her job but it paid off. Thank you Toni. If you decided to go on one of Autumn’s retreats and you go in with an open heart and mind, I promise you, you will come out differently. There were many activities to do during the days and I decided to do all of it. As long as I was there, I wanted to get as much out of the experience as I could. I am so glad I did. Thank you Autumn for sharing your gifts with us. I will be attending another retreat in the future. This was life changing for me. Thank you.
