Details

This retreat is both an inner journey and an outer adventure — an invitation to pause the pace of daily life and step into the rhythm of Bhutan. Each morning begins with yoga, meditation, and breathwork, practices that open the body and quiet the mind. You’ll be invited into yoga that holds both fire and softness — Kundalini-inspired kriyas to awaken radiant energy, Yin to soften edges, and mindful Vinyasa flows to ground and move with presence. In the afternoons and evenings, restorative sessions and meditation bring you home into your body, while breathwork threads through the days to support clarity and calm. Every practice is offered with guidance for all levels, so you can tune into what your body and spirit need each day. Days unfold in harmony with the land: exploring lush valleys, rivers, and sacred sites, hiking to the cliffside Tiger’s Nest Monastery, wandering through ancient dzongs and temples, and connecting with local communities. Cultural immersion is woven into the retreat through sharing authentic Bhutanese meals, witnessing vibrant dance and music, and even trying Bhutan’s national sport of archery. Evenings are spent in hand-picked Bhutanese resorts, where you can rest, reflect, and connect with fellow travelers. Guests often leave with a renewed sense of clarity, joy, and presence. The combination of yoga, cultural discovery, and the wild beauty of Bhutan creates a journey that nourishes body, mind, and spirit, offering a rare chance to experience the Land of the Thunder Dragon in a deeply meaningful way.

Attending a retreat with Anna is a gift I wish everyone could experience. She exudes presence, warmth and a genuine desire to nurture and create a healing, expansive space. Her sound baths are otherworldly--I always feel transported, immersed in nourishing vibration, and most importantly, held and cared for. It is such a joy to soak up this beautiful energy and fully let myself release into the experience knowing Anna is on the other side.

Anna is a phenomenal retreat leader. Not only did she excel at leading our group, she was very in tune with her guests and their interests. Many times on the trip she pointed things out specifically to me that she thought I would find interesting. This made the trip that much more enjoyable.
