Details

Nestled in the heart of Rome's Centro Storico, steps from Campo de' Fiori, this six-day retreat is designed for women ready to do deep, honest work on themselves in one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The setting is intentional: ancient streets, shared meals, and a warm, intimate atmosphere create the conditions for real transformation. Co-led by Depth-oriented psychotherapist and yoga teacher Rachelle Tersigni and astrologer and coach Giulia Stasi, the retreat blends private astrology and life coaching sessions (before and after the retreat) with daily yoga, and depth-oriented group sessions combining expressive practices, transformational inquiry and sharing circles. The goal is simple but profound: to meet what's been waiting. Whatever has felt stuck, unspoken, or unresolved gets space here. With a maximum of 11 women, the group stays small by design. This is not a passive wellness holiday; it's a held, guided experience where connection runs deep, and each participant receives genuine attention. Mornings begin with yoga, afternoons are devoted to workshop time with Rachelle and Giulia, and evenings close around the dinner table, all woven together to create a rhythm that supports both inner work and rest. Unique to this retreat is the combination of therapeutic co-facilitation, individual sessions unique to you, a guided tour of Rome, and a closing improvised concert, making it as culturally rich as it is personally meaningful.

Location

Roma, Italy

Via Luigi Masi is a street located in the Trastevere district of Rome, one of the city’s most atmospheric and historic neighborhoods. Trastevere is known for its narrow cobblestone streets, ivy-covered buildings, and vibrant mix of traditional Roman life with a lively café and restaurant scene. The area has a strong local character while also being popular with visitors due to its proximity to major landmarks, scenic river walks along the Tiber, and its bohemian charm. Via Luigi Masi itself sits within this intimate urban fabric, offering easy access to both quiet residential corners and the energetic social hubs that define Trastevere.

Nestled steps from the iconic Campo de' Fiori, this elegant 100sqm apartment sits in the heart of Rome's historic centre - Via di Grotta Pinta, one of the oldest and most atmospheric streets in the city. Set on the first floor of a stunning Renaissance-era palazzo with a beautiful internal courtyard, the apartment welcomes up to 6 guests across three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The space blends Roman character with modern comfort, think high ceilings, warm wood floors, and thoughtfully designed living spaces that feel both grounding and alive. The open-plan kitchen and dining area is made for shared meals, with a large round table that seats the whole group. The living room is spacious and relaxed, with plenty of room to gather, rest, and connect between sessions. Each bedroom has its own distinct personality, with comfortable beds, workspaces, and air conditioning. The apartment is fully equipped, including a washing machine and dryer — everything you need for a week of deep immersion without sacrificing comfort. Outside your door, ancient cobblestone streets, morning markets, trattorias, and centuries of history await, the perfect backdrop for a week of inner work and renewal.

Nourishing breakfasts and dinners are included in this retreat, prepared with care and intention, and enjoyed together around the table. Food is not an afterthought here. It is part of the experience. In Italy, meals are where the real magic happens. Where walls come down, laughter surfaces, and connection deepens without anyone trying. We will linger over dinner the way Italians do — unhurried, present, and well fed. And yes, wine is absolutely welcome. A glass of something good at the end of a full day of inner work is not a contradiction, it is a celebration. Some of the most honest and tender conversations happen in these in-between moments, with good food, good wine, and the kind of people who are brave enough to do this work.
