Details

The Art of Belonging is a five-day women's retreat held in Taos, New Mexico - a place whose light, land, and stillness have drawn artists, seekers, and healers for generations. This retreat was designed for the woman who has done enough inner work to know something is missing - and who is ready to stop managing her life from the outside and start inhabiting it from within. It is not a workshop. It is not a curriculum. It is a living, breathing container where mind, body, and creative spirit move together. Each day follows a natural flow - morning practice to tend the nervous system and drop into the body, afternoon creative sessions at the canvas where expression moves without agenda, and spacious time for integration, conversation, and rest. The work is deep. The space is warm. And there is room here for joy, laughter, and the unexpected things that happen when women gather with intention. Jen Day brings shamanic wisdom, Human Design, Gene Keys, and transpersonal psychology to the container. Kate White holds the body - through breathwork, metaphysical embodiment, and a quiet gift for seeing what others cannot yet see in themselves. Shannon Yonge brings the grounded, empathic precision of Adult Chair life coaching, and an intuition that knows things before it knows why. Together they have created something that continues to work long after you leave - including a dedicated integration call to help you anchor what has shifted and carry it home. This retreat is for the woman who is ready to stop performing and start belonging - to herself, to her creativity, to a circle of women who truly see her.

Food at The Art of Belonging will be prepared by a Taos-based chef whose philosophy is simple: food is medicine, and everything is made from scratch, with love. She brings over two decades of culinary experience to retreat catering, drawing on the high desert landscape of Northern New Mexico for seasonal inspiration and locally sourced ingredients. Her menus are designed to nourish the body as deeply as the retreat nourishes the soul. Each day flows from: A nourishing breakfast to ground and fuel you for the morning's work. A light, abundant salad-bar style lunch to restore without heaviness through the afternoon. A more substantial dinner - a balanced, rotating menu featuring fresh regional flavors, with red meat offered once daily for those who enjoy it, and a dessert to close each evening with pleasure. Dietary needs including gluten-free, dairy-free, and other preferences are accommodated with care. Please share your requirements during registration.

Schedule

The full retreat days include an optional early morning practice, a morning immersion to ground yourself, an afternoon creative session and an evening circle to reflect. The retreat is designed around deep work and it will also be a lot of fun!

Testimonials

info

This journey opened a doorway back to my own soul. Jen holds a sacred, compassionate space that gently guides you out of who you thought you had to be and into who you truly are. Through Kaleido-Soul, I experienced a depth of self-connection I hadn’t felt before and felt myself emerging from an old way of being into a more authentic, alive version of myself. I finished the program feeling renewed, deeply connected, and finally at home within my own heart.

Kaleido-Soul was deeply nourishing for my soul. Jen created a safe, open space for questions & reflection, honoring how the insights resonated differently for each of us. The creative components of Kaleido-Soul were powerful and allowed the information to move beyond the mind and fully integrate into the body & spirit. We dropped into Jen's guided meditations and expressed what surfaced through journaling, drawing, or acrylic painting on canvas. I recommend Kaleido-Soul to anyone wanting to explore how to become more aware of how their energy can shape & align their path through life.

Jen’s Bridge Reading was the most comprehensive in depth wholistic evaluation I’ve ever received. Highly recommend for anyone who feels like they are ready to step into their next chapter with clarity and confirmation.
