Details

You do not need to become anyone other than who you already are. Often, we seek transformation as if it were a distant destination, forgetting that the most profound shift happens when we simply stop and listen. This is the essence of Prana (प्रा), the steady, sacred rhythm of creation moving through you. It is the primordial vibration that reminds you that you already belong. This training is not about adding more to your life; it is about exhaling the noise and noticing the life-force that has always been here. This is not a training in the usual sense. For 7 days, from November 9–15, 2026, we live in close connection with our own essence through the art of the breath. Embracing the "Middle Way," we step back from the digital world to let the static settle, creating space for the true signal of your vital life force to emerge. Moment by moment, we listen for the simple truth beneath the mental chatter. While this is a 50-hour Yoga Alliance (YACEP) program, the real practice does not happen in a manual; it happens in the quiet arrival of this breath, just as it is. You do not come here to fix yourself. When you sit still and allow the breath to move freely, you may discover that nothing has ever been missing, much like the way the mountain river flows endlessly without effort. In the southern foothills of Yatsugatake, the crisp alpine air, pine-finished timber, and rushing waters reflect your original nature. The mountain does not try to be the mountain; the winter sun does not try to be the sun. Similarly, you do not need to force a "spiritual" version of yourself. Practice here is simple: just resting, just breathing, just being alive. When you stop trying to force understanding, the teaching reveals itself. Our group is kept small and intimate so we can truly meet one another in the depths of this work. We speak when speaking is needed and remain silent when silence teaches more. Together, we learn to trust the "Intuition," the eye that is naturally open, clear, and vibrant with Prana.

Testimonials

info

Coming into this experience I truly only expected to learn how to teach asanas, adjust students, and lead a yoga class. While we did learn how to do these things, we also spent time studying yoga as a whole, and became both meditation and breathwork instructors/facilitators and yoga instructors. This intensive truly changed my life, brought me more in tune with who I am as a person, has changed my daily life perspective & outlook, and as opened countless new doors in life. All of this was made possible by the fantastic teacher, Wolf. While you learn to tune into your inner self, you dive daily into meditation and breathwork, and do extensive yoga practices and practice teaching sessions, he guides the group with a relaxed ease and approach to life that is infectious. What could be taken to the extremes of rigidity and seriousness, Wolf brings to the table with light, laughter, and compassion. While also creating space for serious moments of sharing and learning, we took on Wolf's affable approach to life, and cultivating this approach daily has been a delightful and unexpected takeaway from the experience. I never expected to fall in love with either meditation or breathwork, and now both have become part of my daily practice and two of my most treasured tools. I cannot recommend any retreat with Wolf as the instructor enough. No matter what the situation or day, he will make the experience enlightening and joyful before you've even realized what happened.

I participated in the 200 hour meditation, breathwork, and yoga teacher training in the Sacred Valley of Perú in June 2023. From my experience, Wolf creates a supportive, inclusive, learning environment where everyone can learn. He tailors his instruction to the individual and ensures they get the most out of their experience. Wolf provides a holistic expertise of yoga which includes the mind, body, and spirit. Wolf humbly guided me to find my own inner world through meditation and breathwork, which supports my mental well-being and allows me to live authentically and with more awareness in the present moment. The meditation, breathwork, and physical asana techniques I learned from Wolf have allowed me to find more peace, understanding, and patience with myself and life’s many challenges. I’m also pleased that I’ve had the privilege of sharing this love and knowledge with friends and family members as a result of the training. I feel well-equipped to lead classes and workshops. Wolf creates a comfortable atmosphere for people to show up exactly as they are, making space for introspection, reflection, vulnerability, and questions. He is genuinely passionate about sharing the transformative powers of yoga with people of diverse walks of life. You will not regret investing your time in a training or workshop led by Wolf. As for the Samadhi Retreat Center, it’s a gorgeous facility. It’s clean, modern, and staffed with the kindest people. The food is delicious and the portion sizes are generous. The view of the surrounding mountains is incredible and too mesmerizing for words or pictures. You’ll definitely find the tranquility and zen state you seek at a retreat center like Samadhi.

After experiencing 100’s of facilitators in meditative practices, I can say that I found Wolf to be somewhat rare in his level of insight, patience, and embodiment of what he lives and teaches. I can also highly recommend his 50hr breathwork course to anyone in search of techniques to manage mental health and overall wellbeing, as well as anyone looking to facilitate such. The course was also a great opportunity to meet and get to know many other wonderful like-minded people too.

I traveled to Peru looking both to learn and be transformed by breathwork, and my training with Wolf will be near to my heart forever. Wolf is clearly connected to the spiritual world in a way I have not seen in many people. His connection and guidance helped me to connect further with myself and enhance the learning experience. We began each morning with meditation and asana poses, opening us up to learning and diving deep into breathwork. He is knowledgeable many breathwork methods and provided us with a toolbelt of breath types that channel you deeper into relaxation, healing, connecting with your ancestors, etc. I highly recommend moving through this experience with Wolf, it will transform your practice, open your heart, and give you the tools to teach and transform others!

I had the pleasure of participating in the Breathwork training with Wolf. I am very grateful. He manages to transmit his teachings very simply and clearly, using a gentle and calm approach. He was good at containing and allowing free space for the group, helping to form a beautiful setting for working and trusting each other, which helped us work more deeply. In one week we explored different dimensions of Breathwork, exploring it 360° between theory and practice. We also had fun times together and experiences in nature, where we even planted a tree together. An unforgettable moment! Now I feel energized and confident to start leading my first sessions. I can definitely recommend it to everyone who wishes to learn this magnificent discipline. Eternally grateful for everything Wolf! Mahalo!

My experience with Wolf was absolutely life changing. I chose to go to Peru for his Yoga and Meditation Teacher training and honestly it is one of the best decisions I have ever made. From the start, he was quick to communicate and I really felt like I formed a friendship with him prior to the training. This allowed me to feel so comfortable upon arrival and meeting him. His energy, gifts, knowledge and wisdom is endless and I feel so grateful to have gotten to soak in all that he offers. He brings such a chill vibe while also pumping everyone up and brings in this wonderful motivational energy. I have years of yoga and meditation experience, I came into this with a newborn mind ready to learn. I was overflowing with so much goodness when I left and felt entirely complete and fulfilled. I learned more than I ever thought possible in that short of time. I felt safe to expand, comfortable to be myself, and excited to ask questions and learn. Would definitely recommend Wolf, and all that he has to offer! Can’t wait to work with him more in the future. AHO!

I have been looking to complete my 200hr yoga training for over 5 years now. The allure to this retreat was being able to knock out the bulk of the training in 2 weeks without having to give up every weekend for months on end. I chose the retreat with Wolf because it went far beyond just a yoga certificate. The breathwork and Meditation portion is something you don't get with a traditional yoga company of which is imperative to have a well-rounded set of skills that go far beyond the yoga mat. Through the retreat, I was able to do some deep inner healing. It was amazing how we were constantly being tested within our environment and the parallels that can be applied in our everyday lives. I left the retreat and came home a different person. (In the best way) If you're looking for a Yoga specific training, Wolf and Ha Yoga is not what you're looking for. If you're looking to build a set of skills beyond the Yoga Mat and go deep within yourself to find your truth, then by all means you have found the right place!

I felt lost and wanted to reground and balance. I’d never been to Peru and I wanted to be somewhere warm. It was also a beautiful location. Getting to begin the new decade with Wolf and “our pack” was something magical beyond compare. This isn’t your typical yoga teacher training program. Not only has my understanding of yoga, meditation practice, and pranayama practices vastly grown, but my heart and understanding of self have as well. From the very beginning, Wolf made us all feel like a family, and that really was how it felt. The lessons imparted during this time are things that will stay with me and influence me for years and years to come. Samadhi was also an incredible and location with staff that felt like family. I would HIGHLY recommend this training and am so glad to know the wizard and be among his pack.

I just finished the 100 Hours Breathwork Training with Wolf Kinsmen, and it was amazing. Wolf’s diverse background and deep knowledge brought unique depth to the course. The training blends technical breathwork and personal growth, teaching various breathing techniques and their practical applications. Wolf’s compassionate and empowering teaching style made the experience truly transformative. This training offers powerful tools and deep insights. Highly recommended for anyone looking to deepen their practice and help others!

Yali Shiray, Israel

During this meditation-yoga teacher training, Wolf has enabled me to enhance my meditation practice greatly. He also taught me what I needed discipline, which is very important when you want to better your daily practice. He is full of wisdom and kindness, I deeply enjoyed this special energy and the asanas and daily pranayama practice which improved my personal practice and my yoga teaching. We did ceremonies that expanded my consciousness and a memorable 3hrs meditation. I’m thankful for this experience and for meeting a real authentic person and a beautiful soul. Thank you Wolf.

Dréane Toffoli, France

Transformational experience - Wolf is the BEST I’ve been doing yoga consistently for several years and wanted to deepen my practice by immersing myself in an intensive training. The location, cost, time frame, and emphasis on meditation. Gained a lot of tools and resources to manage my day-to-day and new perspectives on life. Incredible experience, truly transformational. Wolf is very insightful and has so much life experience and perspectives to share.

Lara Kornblut, United States

I've been studying to teach breath work online but desired an in-person training course. I was excited about the destination and the many different types of breathwork that we'd be learning. I feel more confident about offering breathwork now, and I gained so much more than just this confidence. It was incredible getting to experience so many different types of breathwork. Wolf himself was a breath of fresh air, with how he showed up and led our group. Plus, I met an incredible group of people, that I can now call my family. So grateful. Thank you so much, Wolf. This experience will live on inside of me and through my work. If you're on the fence about joining an upcoming retreat, just do it. It's so worth it!

Ash St. Gelais, United States

After completing Wolf's 100-hour breathwork facilitator training, I feel wholly transformed. Wolf is wise, intuitive, intelligent, compassionate, and an impeccable teacher. The insights he shared with us are invaluable, especially in our complex and often intense day and age. Life can present numerous challenges, and navigating them isn’t always straightforward, which is why it’s essential to have a diverse set of tools at your disposal to gently work through anything that comes your way. As the course went on I realized conscious breathing is the most powerful and transformative tool in my toolkit, as it deeply and markedly boosted my immunity and awareness the more I practiced it. I thoroughly appreciated the structure of the course. The morning breathwork, yoga, and meditation created a sweetly harmonizing tone for the whole day. Following the morning classes, Wolf allowed space in the schedule to digest the information and explore the gorgeously inspiring surroundings. Our course was held in the Sacred Valley of Peru, which is brimming with incredible natural scenery and infused with plenty of fresh oxygen! The retreat center where class was held was a short walk to a vibrant town center full of delectable food, warmhearted people, and inspiring art. All around was a feast for the senses, and because of the training I felt present, open, and balanced enough to enjoy every moment for exactly what it was - pure magic!

I was so blessed to have had the opportunity to work with Wolf in Nepal last September and I will forever be changed. He is an incredible soul and such a wealth of knowledge. This was a big journey (physically and spiritually) for me and I felt so nurtured and supported every step of the way. I cannot say enough wonderful things about this man. He is so special and has so much to share. If you have the chance- TAKE IT!

Stacey Case, United States

I am so grateful to have had a wizard like Wolf as my teacher. His patience, wisdom and kindness will take you into a journey back to yourself, by showing you that true happiness only comes from within. It was definitely a magical experience, where I was able to have a deeper understanding of the importance of meditation, yoga, and pranayama. I’m now able to bring that practice outside off the mat. With different philosophies, techniques, and styles combined with Wolf’s authentic way of teaching and guidance I was open to find my own truth. I HIGHLY recommend this training for many reasons. The unique approach to life and self truly set it apart. You will be shown real magic :) Gracias maestro.

Camila Vega, Peru

Within the 2 weeks of the training we had an opportunity to practice daily yoga, meditation and Pranayama breathing techniques, as well as different breathwork methods. That daily practice made an immense impact on my personal growth and wellbeing, and helped me become more aware of what’s going on within and around me. From the beginning on we had an opportunity to practice teaching and guiding others through meditation or breathing techniques. During the 2nd week of the training, each of the participant hold a complete breathwork session. That gave us a chance to practice, but also to learn from each other. All in all, that’s been an amazing experience for me. No matter if you are a complete beginner in breathwork or already an experienced practitioner, I’m sure you’ll be able to learn a lot from Wolf. His way of sharing his experience in yoga, meditation and breathwork totally resonated with me. Muchas gracias Wolf

My experience with Wolf was magical. The teaching was so easy to understand, wolf started teaching us how to teach and hold space from day 1. He made sure no time is wasted. There was always space for sharing our experiences and reflecting. The site which the Bretahwork course took place looked like it came out of a painting, the view, the air quality and the space was so tranquil and peaceful. We started our day with an hour meditation and yoga and that really sat the day up for us to be able to absorb the teachings. Thank you wolf for this amazing experience that I will cherish forever.

Duaa Dahho, Iran

This experience was a pure gift that I feel so grateful to have received. Wolf shared so much wisdom and is such a kind, inspiring person who fully practises all that he teaches. The setting was perfect and matched so well to all the work we were doing. If you feel called to this, then dont hesitate…just do it! Thanks again for this experience and all that you shared - I’m so grateful!

Federica Picceri, England

5 Stars. The breathwork training from Wolf was an amazing opportunity to dive deeply into many different modalities, as well as practice with each other and with a class. For Wolf, breathwork is a way of life. The week training is life changing in the container that is created by Wolf. Incredibly transformational, leaving you with the skills to facilitate for others. Highly recommend his training.

Cara Sadira, United States

A Yoga Wizard. I loved the open approach to yoga and meditation. Wolf was never trying to push any certain style or opinions on us. It was very open to individual interpretation, of course with good guidelines on how to do certain poses so we didn’t hurt ourselves. I really appreciated the emphasis on meditation and Breathwork aspects of Yoga, since in the West you normally only find pose-oriented yoga. It was truly a wholesome yoga experience.

Olivia Pubanz, United States

The teacher training with Wolf was a beautiful experience. Wolf is kind and patient and has a great deal of knowledge about yoga and meditation. He makes it easy to take in all the different poses, alignments and pranayama techniques and really helped to deepen my practice and build my confidence in becoming a yoga teacher afterwards. I would highly recommend Wolf as a teacher trainer and would definitely do a course with him again.

Etienne Silvestre, France

Do to a recent career change I felt this course would be a great opportunity to regroup myself before my next chapter and it did exactly that! I couldnt have started my year with a better group of individuals and can’t thank Wolf enough for his unique style of teaching and focusing on the power of the mind! Everything from the location to the food and the classes completely exceeded my expectations!

Falyn Berkowitz, United States

I did the 100hr breathwork teacher training with Wolf. He is born for this and incorporates the lifestyle to be a good teacher and breathworker. I felt safe during his sessions as well as I enjoyed a lot his relaxed character. What makes him special is that he lives what he prays. The way he is and the way he teaches feels as honest and true as it can be.

Steffen Ries, Germany

I had no idea what to expect from the yoga teacher retreat hosted by Wolf Kinsmen in the beautiful Samadhi resort in the Sacred Valley of Peru. Samadhi is absolutely breath taking and the entire team was divinely welcoming. The flower gardens just go on and on; the architecture is mind blowing. There are many walks all around the property. The rooms are lovely and clean - with an awesome view on the surrounding mountains. The yoga studio is simply beautiful, the floor-to-ceiling windows provide the most meditation-inducing views. I can't say enough about the food (vegan or vegetarian according to your desires) and all of the staff at Samadhi. The food is mostly locally grown and each meal has many options. It is beautifully presented and delicious. Fresh herb teas and fresh fruit juices are a daily option. I warmly recommend a stay at Samadhi in the Sacred Valley. When I arrived at Samadhi in January 2020 where I first met Wolf Kinsmen, I had lost my purpose and felt generally uninspired in life. I didn't fully realize it at the time, but looking back, I believe I was called there. Wolf's daily yoga & meditation routines were exactly what I needed to heal. I soon got to know the entire Wolf pack, all other participants who had traveled from different corners of the world to deepen their yoga & meditation practice. We were all welcomed into the Wolf pack, as we called it - something I will always so grateful for. After completing my 200-hour Yoga & Meditation teacher training and 3-week apprenticeship there, I felt born anew. I feel more secure, loved, whole, happy, capable, inspired... I feel confident and creative in my teaching abilities. I feel so supported by Wolf. I'm still continuously learning and growing. If you told me a year ago that I would have accomplished so much in such short time, I would have doubted every word. Wolf Kinsmen is the real deal. Thank you so much, Wolf.

Fiona De Brabanter, Belgium

I had the privilege of completing a 50-hour meditation certification in Ban Long, Laos under the guidance of Wolf Kinsmen, and the experience was nothing short of transformative. Wolf teaches with deep compassion, patience, and kindness, creating a space that feels both intimate and expansive. Through his instruction in zazen meditation, I not only learned valuable techniques but also discovered how to embody them with authenticity and presence. Wolf doesn’t just teach—he shares. By opening up about his personal life and experiences, he invited me to do the same, holding space with grace and respect. This balance of teacher and fellow traveler made the training profoundly informative, supportive, and human. I left the certification with more than a set of tools—I left with clarity, confidence, and a renewed sense of purpose in sharing meditation with others. Wolf has a gift for weaving wisdom and practice in a way that feels both sacred and accessible, and I am truly grateful for his mentorship. If you are looking for a meditation instructor who can guide you not only in practice but also in self-discovery and teaching from the heart, I cannot recommend Wolf Kinsmen enough.

Ashley Baker, America

I have joined the one week "Meditation Teacher Training" offered by Wolf Kinsmen from Tree Yoga in July. After years of meditation practice, this week spent with Wolf has not only opened my scope to guiding meditation sessions through daily practice, but has also enhanced my meditation practice itself by introducing advanced skills from Tibetan and Japanese sources. I would highly recommend joining Wolf courses, as through his multi-cultural sources and dedication in transmiting his knowledge and practice, Wolf is really bringing you to the next level of your own practice as well as being very inspirational in his teaching and deep reaching conversations.
