Good morning,
My name is Zoe and today I'm going to guide you through a mini sound bath to start your day.
Let's begin by interlacing our fingers and our hands out in front of us.
Feeling the stretch in the arms.
Now bringing the hands up above the hips and just feeling the stretch.
And now taking it over to the left.
And to the right.
And back to centre,
And just really lifting up.
Now releasing the hands,
Rubbing your palms together to create some energy,
Some heat.
And now just placing the hands onto your heart.
Connecting with your point of balance,
Closing your eyes and connecting inwards.
We're just going to set an intention for the day.
Perhaps it's something you'd like to let go of.
Or invite into your life,
Or just how you'd like to be feeling today.
Just connect to your heart space and an intention.
And take a deep inhale.
And exhale.
Just sitting in a comfortable position or you can be lying down.
I will begin by playing the gong.
To help release any stuck emotions,
Followed by the singing bowls,
And I will guide you out at the end.
You you you you Very slowly bring your awareness back to your breath.
Start to bring some movements into your fingertips and your toes.
If it feels good for you,
Stretch your arms above your head,
Lengthening your spine.
Now just placing your hands on your heart and just taking a deep inhale.
And exhale.
And again,
Take a deep inhale.
And exhale.
May the vibrations you receive today continue to bring you balance to your body,
Clarity to your mind and peace to your heart.
