Today's intention is I am open to receive.
So making sure you're sitting or lying down in a comfortable position.
Closing your eyes.
And connecting to your heart center.
We're going to start by taking a deep inhale.
And exhale.

And just relaxing your face with your mouth slightly open to relax your jaw.
Relaxing your shoulders.
Your arms,
Your hands,
Your legs and your feet.
And just breathe long and deeply.
And bringing your awareness to your heart center.
And just saying your intention to yourself,
I am open to receive.

You you you start to bring your awareness back into the room.
And bringing you awareness to your breath.
Very slowly bring some movement to your fingertips and your toes.
And if it feels good for you,
Stretch your arms above your head,
Lengthening your spine.
And if it feels good for you,
Bring your knees into your chest.
You can rock side to side or forwards and backwards if it feels good for you.
Just bringing some movement back into your body.
And very slowly come out of your relaxation position,
Come up into a seated position,
And placing one hand on your heart.
And just take a deep inhale.
And exhale.
May the vibrations that you've received today continue to bring you balance to your body,
Clarity to your mind and peace to your heart.
