Hi,

My name is Zoe and today I'm going to lead you through a sound bath using the gong and crystal singing bowls.

This meditation is for you to let go of your darkness and connect to the light.

Make sure you're sitting or lying down in a comfortable position.

Just take a moment to get yourself ready to let go.

Now that you're in a comfortable position just begin by relaxing the face by having the mouth slightly open and just relaxing your shoulders,

Your arms,

Your hands and your fingertips and just bringing your awareness down your body from your stomach to your thighs and your legs and your feet and your toes and just take a deep inhale and exhale.

And I just want you to be intentional for your practice.

So think about something perhaps you're working through at the moment,

Something you'd like to let go of.

Perhaps it's just a negative emotion something you've experienced.

Just bring your awareness and just remind yourself that we always need darkness to connect to the light.

Begin connecting to your intention and the feelings of achieving it.

I want you to really feel as though you've already manifested or overcome your negativity.

Playing the gong which will help us to release any stuck emotions and I will end with the singing bowls which will uplift and align the chakras.

And just start to bring your awareness back to your breath.

Bring some movement back into your body,

Into your fingertips and your toes and just stretching your arms above your head,

Just lengthening your spine and stretching your feet out in front of you.

Just shake each part of your body and just slowly bring your knees into your chest if you can and just rock forwards and backwards.

Just massaging your spine and very slowly come up into a seated position.

If you have a moment just take your time to reflect on the practice.

Perhaps something came up for you,

Perhaps you would like to journal and just take a moment to release.
