What a wonderful journey, Edward! My spirit animal is a red tailed fox whom I had an encounter with many years ago! I would walk my neighborhood in the early morning and I noticed this fox walking in a fenced community several times! Then one day as I was walking on the road, I looked up and this fox was sitting in my path! I stopped with a few feet of him and we looked at each other for quite some time! It was quite an experience, one I will always remember! Thank you for your terrific meditation!
