Close your eyes,
Opening into the world inside and noticing your breath.
Noticing the gentle inhale,
The gentle exhale,
And finding your natural easy flow.
Taking this time to be more in tune with this moment,
With your thoughts,
And with your feelings.
Breathing along your central channel,
As you breathe from the top of your head down to the base of your seat,
Imagine one long loop of inhale and exhale.
Feeling the energy in your body as you do.
Noticing if there are certain parts of you that are calling for some attention.
Maybe there are certain parts of you that might feel constricted,
Tense,
Tight.
And bring your awareness and your breath there,
Noticing if you can feel a release as you do.
And bringing your awareness down to the base of your seat to ground yourself into this moment,
To your root chakra.
Release anything you no longer need.
Rising your energy up a little higher to your sacral chakra,
Your second chakra,
The space in between your hips.
And noticing the flow of energy in your body.
Noticing the energy to the left of you and the energy to the right.
Noticing the energy within you and the energy around you.
Bringing your awareness up into your solar plexus.
Just noticing what you're noticing tuning into the depth of you and your center.
I like to think of the solar plexus as the home of our moon energy because it's connected to our deeper emotions.
Those emotions that may be unconscious,
Subconscious,
Feel things in our stomach that maybe we don't have words to just yet.
But when we tune into the feeling and create space,
We create more room to feel freer inside.
And bringing your awareness up into your heart center,
Breathing in and out of your heart and just noticing whatever you're noticing.
Imagining the light of your heart reflecting the energy that's going on now in your body.
Maybe a sense of with each breath.
Rising your awareness up into your throat center.
Tuning into your truth.
Tuning into the way your throat center might be.
Bringing some awareness and breath there to create space for whatever's coming.
Again,
Just noticing whatever you're noticing.
As you rise higher in your body up into your mind's eye,
Opening up your intuition even more to allow yourself to see.
Noticing the images that your mind may be presenting to you without judgment.
As you reflect on your feelings,
Reflect on your thoughts,
Reflect on what you're seeing to your heart.
Finding the balance between the two.
Creating space,
Freedom within you.
What needs to be balanced.
Rising your awareness even higher to your crown,
To the top.
Imagining the fullness of the moon above you.
Just notice whatever you're noticing.
I'd like to take you through a moon breath now.
I call it a moon breath because it's about experiencing the fullness within us and releasing at the same time.
So imagine the moon above you and breathe deeply into your belly.
So the inhale is into the belly,
Into the heart,
Into the head.
And pause.
And then release with an ahhh.
And at the end of that release,
Pause.
Inhaling into the belly,
Into the heart,
Into the head.
And pause.
Feeling the fullness of the moon inside of you.
And when you're ready,
Release.
Emptying out completely.
Ahhh.
Noticing how much you can release.
And pausing at the end.
Inhaling into the belly,
Into the heart,
Into the head.
And pause.
Noticing what you're ready to release that you no longer need.
With one big ahhh.
Allowing that ahhh to continue as you empty out completely.
And I invite you to either continue this on your own or go back to a regular breathing path.
And just notice what's coming up for you.
Reflecting on the qualities of your relationships and your needs at this time.
How you can bring more balance inside of your body and more balance to your relationships.
For some people,
There may need to be an end of certain relationships.
An adjustment that may need to be said.
Noticing how you can stay true to who you are in the process.
And sink deeper into your truth.
Create space as you reflect on who you are and who you're becoming.
Noticing the energy within you and the energy all around you.
At this time,
All of our hearts are connected.
A sense of belonging with whatever you're feeling.
A sense of self-compassion.
Noticing how that feels.
Just to take a few moments before we end this meditation,
If there's anything you need to know at this time,
Open up to the inner wisdom within you.
Words that need to be shared into whatever.
So the energy of us all together,
