Hey there.
Let's take a moment to get still and quiet,
To tune into the breath and body and just come home to yourself right here,
Right now.
Feel free to close your eyes.
Feel the sense of grounding into your seat.
On the in breath,
Notice a gentle uprising through your whole body.
On the breath out,
A little more grounding and settling onto that support beneath you.
And then I invite you to repeat this simple mantra in your mind as you breathe in,
I am.
And as you breathe out,
Home.
I am home.
You can repeat that mantra silently in your mind for a few more rounds of breath.
With each and every mindful breath,
We continue coming home.
We'll take one more slow breath here.
And then as you're ready,
Blink your eyes open and move back into your day with a little more ease,
A little more calm and feeling a little more at home with yourself.
