Can we let go? Learning to let go of things we are holding on to, when we struggle with letting go we oftentimes re-live the past over and over again and re-experiencing the pain over and over again. This is a practice of trying to let it go and see if there is something we can learn from the experience.

I am let go.

I am ready to let go.

I am willing to let go.

I am willing to be ready to let go.

It doesn't really matter where we are in our journey.

Holding on to the past never serves us.

We are not trying to forget the past,

Nor we want to shut the door on it.

We want to learn and we want to grow from the experience.

But holding on to the past always brings us down.

So let's work on letting it go,

So we can be free,

So we can fly.

So let's let it go.

I let go.

I am willing to let it go.

I am ready to let it go.

And I let go now.

Maybe just for this moment.

We can always pick it up again.

Can you let it go?

Just for this moment.

Right now.

So take a deep breath in.

And slowly exhale.

And bring to your attention something from your past that you are still holding on.

Maybe it's a past relationship.

Maybe it's a past experience.

Maybe it's an unfulfilled desire.

Maybe it's a decision that you made.

Doesn't matter what it is.

Whatever we are holding on to,

Just bring it in your mind.

Think about it.

And remember it came to your life for a reason.

Whatever happened,

Happened for a reason.

I truly believe that all our experiences in our life happen to build us up.

So anything that happened in your life,

Welcome it as a teacher.

So say thank you for the lesson.

And ask perhaps,

How do I grow from it?

What can I learn from that experience?

How does that experience serve me right now?

And say thank you.

Thank you for being my guide.

Thank you for taking my life to a different level.

Thank you for helping me grow.

I welcome you.

Take a deep breath in.

And slowly exhale.

Then gently bring your right hand to your heart.

Getting in touch with our emotions.

And finding that place of love and gratitude.

And start to send some love,

Forgiveness and gratitude to that past experience.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Removing the resistance.

Loving that experience so it can go.

Learning whatever we were supposed to learn from that experience.

And just say thank you.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Take a deep breath in again.

And slowly exhale.

Forgiving ourselves.

No matter what.

Accepting ourselves.

No matter what.

Forgiving ourselves.

No matter what.

Practicing loving kindness to ourselves.

And reminding ourselves again that we did the best we could in the moment.

So take a deep breath in.

Slowly exhale.

And just feel this pain in your body.

See if you can find this pain.

In your body where you are holding it.

Maybe it is in your chest.

Maybe it is in your head.

Maybe in your belly.

Maybe in your ears.

Just notice.

Just for this moment.

In the stillness.

Just notice this pain.

Whatever we are holding on to.

And imagine you have magic hands.

With your magic hands I invite you to reach into your body.

See if you can pull this feeling out.

Whatever you are feeling,

Whatever you are holding on to.

If you can find it in your body.

Reach in.

Take it out.

Just for right now.

You can always put that back in.

And maybe just put it down to your side.

Next to you.

And let the vacuum that got created in your body be filled with love.

Be filled with forgiveness.

Be filled with gratitude.

Just for this moment.

Just let that go.

And just sit with this love.

This forgiveness and this gratitude.

This feeling in your body right now.

Take a deep breath in.

Slowly exhale.

Just being grateful today.

To be alive.

Grateful to be able to grow.

Grateful to be able to learn.

And grateful to be able to love.

To be able to love ourselves and others through this experience.

To take a deep breath in.

And slowly exhale.
