Starting by focusing attention on the toes and observing any and all sensations present in this area of the body, cold, heat, the sensation of the fingers being sweet, or the absence of sensation. Simply observe and explore with curiosity, without reacting to the present experience or judging it as good or bad, pleasant or unpleasant.
