Renata sees Mindfulness as being the base of preventive mind & body Healthcare. She has a degree on Exercise and Health (2007). After accomplishing the TDI MBSR Certification (2016), she developed her mindfulness teaching practice providing 1:1 Intensive mindfulness stress reduction Retreats in high-end Hotels . I work one to one with individuals navigating periods of transition, intensity, or inner reorganization through private, immersive journeys. At the same time, her work is not defined by credentials alone. It has been shaped through lived experience and years of direct engagement with how thoughts, emotions, and internal processes unfold in real life. At the core of how she works is a refined intuitive perception. She track what is happening beneath the surface in real time, sensing emotional and energetic dynamics, recognising patterns as they form, and identifying what is shaping the person’s experience from within. These abilities come together as a bridge between what is felt but not yet seen, and what can be consciously recognised and understood. Each immersion is held in sustained presence. She offer precise, intuitive guidance as emotional and mental patterns are met and decoded in the moment they arise. Rather than analysing from a distance, she work within the experience itself, allowing deeper layers to become visible and accessible. Through this process, the person is able to see and experience what has been out of reach.
