In this practice without music, we find an appreciation for our own worthiness, simply for 'being'. We find our worth not in what we do or achieve, but in that we exist. Along the way, we practice 'being' and appreciating how we lean into experiences we like and brace against those we may not like, meeting it all within open awareness and with an attitude of 'it is just like this'.
