Good morning to a new day.

My name is Amelia and I am so grateful to be guiding you through your morning meditation practice.

Our intention today is to build energy and create positivity to conquer the day ahead.

Get in a comfortable position,

Sitting up on a pillow,

Lying back on your bed,

Whatever feels good.

Gently closing off the eyes.

And slowly starting to tap into the breath.

Allowing it to be long and deep.

Breathing in through the nose.

Breathing in through the nose.

Breathing out.

Relaxing the shoulders down,

Away from the ears.

And just noticing any energy tickling along the skin.

Taking a deep breath in.

And slowly exhaling out through the mouth.

As if you're filling up a balloon.

Breathing in through the mouth.

Peeling the energy on the inhale.

The release on the exhale.

With each breath,

Absorbing the energy around you.

Taking everything that you need for the rest of your day.

Breathe in love and positivity.

Exhale tension,

Stress,

Blockages.

Then coming back to the natural rhythm of your breath.

As you inhale,

Saying to yourself in your mind,

I am breathing in.

I am breathing out.

Becoming aware of the breath.

I am breathing in.

Feel the breath.

I am breathing out.

Release everything that does not serve you.

Inhale love.

Inhale energy.

Exhale everything that does not serve you.

Feel your body awakening as you start your day.

Feel yourself becoming alert,

Alive.

Feel awake.

Note the energy circulating around you.

On your skin,

Within your body.

Watch the energy grow.

Encouraging it to expand and move with fluidity and motivation.

Draw your shoulders away from the ears.

Move the hands and the toes.

Roll the shoulders and stretch the neck.

As you start to sway and move.

Feel a lightness throughout the body.

A sense of motivation and determination for your day.

You are powerful.

You are confident.

You are unstoppable.

Take the breath.

Inhale love.

Inhale energy.

Take this energy that you've created and harnessed out into the rest of your day.

Ready to take on challenges that come your way.

You are powerful.

You are confident.

And you are unstoppable.

With this slowly opening eyes,

Ready to start your day.
