Welcome,

My name is Amelia and I am going to be your teacher guiding you through your meditation practice.

I invite you to get comfortable in a cross-legged position,

Maybe lying back onto your bed,

Wherever feels good for you.

And if you have not already done so,

Gently closing off the eyes.

Listening to your breath.

And feeling each inhale and exhale.

As you inhale,

Pushing the belly out.

Inhale out through the mouth,

Allowing the shoulders to draw down away from the ears.

Taking any movements that you may need in order to come into a comfortable seated position.

Visualizing each and every muscle in your body starting to slowly relax.

Bringing your awareness to the crown of the head and moving down to the face.

Visualizing as you let go of tension in the facial muscles,

The jaw,

Neck and shoulders.

Keep moving your awareness down.

Down the arms to the fingertips.

Letting go of stress and tension.

Feeling a sense of release in the heart space.

Down to the hips.

Down the knees.

All the way to the toes.

Giving each muscle an opportunity to relax.

Taking a deep breath in.

An even deeper breath out.

And as you bring your awareness back to your breath on the sensation of breathing.

I want you to take note of the journey of your breath.

How does it feel to breathe?

Start from your nose as cool air draws in on the inhale.

And follow your breath as it goes down the throat to the lungs.

You surround your body with a sense of warmth now,

Excesses out through the nostrils.

A continuous subconscious cycle of air and breath circulating through your body.

When you feel completely calm and at ease in your body,

We will start our manifestation practice.

In order for us to manifest into our life we need to open up our heart space.

Repeating space for love and good into your life and this world.

Gently repeating in your mind after me.

My heart is open.

I am filled with love and good.

My heart is open.

I am filled with love and good.

Saying this a few times in your mind and letting any energy circulating around you to sink down onto your skin.

Noticing you with the floor beneath you.

Noticing the sensations of being more relaxed,

Calm and open.

Manifestation is the process of taking a thought,

A goal,

A dream and bringing it into your life.

It can be something small,

It can be something big.

I invite you to start with something small.

One maybe two goals.

These goals,

These dreams can be absolutely anything that you wish to bring into your life,

Into reality.

Remember what you share and put out into the world will unfold and be brought back to you in ways you may never imagine.

So now bring your goal,

Your dream to the forefront of your mind.

Imagine your life if you achieved your goal.

In your mind imagine your eyes are open and you are experiencing that moment in real life.

What do you see?

Where are you?

Visualize your surroundings in as much detail as you can.

Is anyone with you?

Stay in this space.

See and feel what your life looks like once you manifest your dream.

Slowly shift your awareness back.

To bring your dream to life you need to be committed to accomplishing that goal.

Using the power of positive intent and action to manifest your goals into reality.

Be open to the signals of the universe and embrace the journey you are on from thought to reality.

You are capable of anything that you put your mind to.

Always remember that.

Everything happens at the right time when it is needed and when it is best for you.

Take a deep breath in and a deep breath out.

Now fill the belly with air pushing the air all the way up towards the collarbones.

Pause for just a moment and as you exhale relaxing back down into the mat.

When you are ready slowly opening the eyes and inviting in a new day.

You are ready.

You are ready.
