Hi,

Good morning.

Sylvie here and this morning I'm going to guide you into a short meditation to allow you to start your day,

To wake up to this new day,

Wake up to yourself.

You're welcome to sit upright or stay laying down.

I know I like to linger in bed for my meditations in the morning and you're welcome to simply find a comfortable space for yourself,

A space where your spine can be long,

Where your shoulders can be soft,

A space where you can find stillness in this moment,

Where you can allow the arms to soften and the legs to soften.

A moment to pause here before you start your day,

A moment to tune into your heart space.

Tuning into the sensations in the body and seeing if you can maybe perhaps release a little more tension in the body,

Allowing the body to hang heavy.

Bringing your awareness into your breath,

Noticing the movement of the breath in this body in this moment.

And again,

Tuning into your heart space as you inhale in this moment,

Bringing the breath into the heart space,

Allowing it to fill.

And then exhale,

Press it out.

This is you inhale,

Inviting in this new day.

And then releasing and letting go.

And then inhale once again,

Filling up,

Inviting in what you'd like to invite into your day.

And then exhale,

Let it go,

Let it go,

Let it go.

Another deep nourishing breath here for yourself.

And let it all go.

In this moment,

Bringing your awareness,

Your attention to what you'd like to invite in for yourself today.

How do you want to show up for yourself?

How do you want to feel throughout your day?

And how do you know when you'll be feeling this way?

So how can you tell where there's this feeling live within your body?

Can you tune into that?

And what does it mean to show up for yourself?

What does that look like?

What does that feel like?

Who do you want to surround yourself with today?

How do you want to show up for your community?

And if you can set a mantra for your day,

Something short,

Simple,

That you can anchor it into whenever the day might get a little bit rocky,

Whenever you feel like you've disconnected,

You're in autopilot,

Come back to this mantra that you set for yourself.

Keep it short,

Simple,

Easy to remember,

But yet has an impact.

It feels perhaps inspiring to you and true to you.

And then bringing your awareness back into your breath in this moment,

Noticing the movement of the breath in the body,

And simply allow your fingertips to gently wiggle,

And your toes to gently wiggle,

And moving in a bit of this unhurried kind of way today.

So don't feel like you need to rush to get up and start your day.

What would moving slow feel like for you if you didn't have to rush to get to where you're going?

And tuning in a sensation of peacefulness throughout your day,

A sensation of self-compassion and self-love,

Perhaps a feeling of groundedness.

You can gently slowly butterfly the eyes open and welcome in this new day.

Thank you so much for joining me,

And I hope you have a wonderful day.
