Hello,

Welcome.

Sylvie here and today I'm inviting you to join me on a journey,

A journey in letting go,

In creating space,

Creating space for the new and vibrant version of yourself that you are stepping into.

So the invitation for today's practice is to find a space where you can be comfortable,

A space where you can feel safe and at peace,

Letting go of any distractions that might be taking you away from the here and the now,

Or taking you away from your practice today.

You're welcome to sit or lay down and in this moment I'm inviting you to close your eyes or lower your gaze and take a deep breath here,

Feeling the connection,

The connection of yourself to the environment that surrounds you in this moment.

Just noticing the temperature of the air,

Noticing any sounds that surround you,

Noticing any smells,

And I'll invite you to take a few more deep breaths here through your nose.

As you inhale,

Invite the breath in and at the top hold it for a moment and then exhaling slowly through your mouth.

Let that breath go.

As you inhale,

Feel the cool air enter through your lungs and the warmth of the air as it leaves your body.

When you exhale,

Repeating this breath a few more times,

So inhaling through the nose,

Invite the breath in and exhale through the mouth,

Press it out like you're fogging a mirror.

Once again,

A few more deep breaths just here,

Right now,

Same intention,

Same focus.

And the next time you exhale,

I'll invite you to let any thoughts or worries drift away and then exhale.

So pressing out anything that you want to release and let go of in this moment.

And now bring your awareness to the ground beneath you.

Feel the solidity,

The support,

And the strength of the earth.

Imagine roots extending from your body deep into the ground,

Anchoring you securely.

And with each breath,

Feel these roots growing stronger,

Connecting you deeply to the earth's core.

Notice how grounded you feel in this moment.

And as you remain grounded and anchored here,

Envision a new version of yourself.

I want you to imagine like you're watching the movie of your life.

You are the writer,

The director,

And the main character of this movie.

And as this character enters a new chapter,

Can you see yourself stepping confidently into the new phase of life,

Filled with vitality and purpose?

Feeling the earth's energy rising through your roots,

Nourishing and empowering this new version of you.

Embrace the possibilities and the potential that lie ahead.

Notice how you're walking through this new chapter.

How do you feel?

Now focus on anything that you need to let go of to create this space for the new version of you.

Visualize these things as dark clouds within you,

Gathering all the old energy,

Habits,

And thoughts that no longer serve you.

And with each exhale,

Imagine these clouds dissipating,

Releasing them back to the earth to be transformed.

So as you exhale,

Releasing and letting go of anything that is no longer serving you,

Anything that no longer fits with this identity of yourself,

This vision you have for yourself to move forward.

Anything you're leaving behind in the old chapter,

Whatever doesn't fit this character anymore,

Exhale,

Let it go,

Surrendering it down into the earth,

Exhaling and letting go,

Exhaling and letting go.

And in this moment,

Notice how much lighter and freer that you feel.

With each breath,

Feeling lighter and freer,

Lighter and freer.

Noticing how the entire body is supported by the earth.

And once again,

Envisioning the main character of the movie walking through this new chapter.

Noticing or hearing the words that you choose to speak,

Being intentional with the language you invite in to fit this new character.

Notice the actions that you're taking and the feeling behind those actions.

Noticing who's around you,

Who's in the VIP section of this next chapter.

And notice how you're supporting yourself,

What habit are you bringing in to allow yourself to feel nourished.

And once again,

Coming back to your breath,

Noticing the breath moving through the body in this moment,

And then take a moment to appreciate the solid,

Grounding presence of the earth beneath you.

Bringing in a feeling of gratitude for the connection,

The support,

And the transformation taking place within you.

And when you're ready,

Gently bringing your awareness back to the present moment,

The here and the now.

You can start to wiggle your fingers or toes and go ahead and butterfly the eyes open.

Take a moment to thank yourself for this practice and the earth for its unwavering support.

Carry this grounded energy with you as you step into your day knowing that you are connected,

Supported,

And ready to embrace the new.
