Hi,

Welcome,

Sylvie here and it's a pleasure to be here with you today and guiding you through this evening meditation,

Meditation to invite you to relax,

To surrender,

Invitation to close off your day and wherever you find yourself in this moment just pause right here and invite a deep breath in through the nose,

Exhale through the mouth,

Let it go,

Let it go,

Let it go and find a nice comfortable space where you can lay down either in your bed,

On a yoga mat,

On a sofa,

Just a space where you can lay down where your spine can be straight and where you can find comfort,

Where you can allow the body to rest,

Where you can let go of effort in the body,

So just taking a few moments here to allow yourself to get comfortable,

Allow yourself to find stillness and allow yourself to pause here.

Notice what it feels like to be laying down in this moment,

Notice what it feels like to pause,

Notice where the mind wanders to when the body finds stillness,

Not in a way to judge,

Evaluate,

Label,

Just simply notice what you notice in this moment,

Where your thoughts at,

Giving yourself permission to show up as you are in this moment unapologetically and without wishing that things were different than they are right now and in this moment bringing your attention,

Your awareness into the body and notice how the body feels,

Notice where the body holds tension for you,

So where areas of tension within your body and see if you could release that just a little bit in this moment,

You can notice any areas where the body might feel aches and pains and we welcome those in and just see if we could bring in some surrendering into those areas,

Some softening,

Some letting go,

Some release,

Some relaxation and bringing your attention,

Your awareness to the movement of your breath in your body and start to track the breath,

So notice air coming in through the nose making it all the way it's down to the lungs and then exiting the body once again,

Just simply noticing where your breath is at without judgment again,

Notice if the breath is short,

Shallow,

If you're breathing quickly or slowly,

If the breaths are deep and long,

So just noticing where your breath is without feeling the need to change,

Evaluate anything,

Just simply allow yourself to show up in this moment as you are,

Keeping your attention,

Your awareness on your breath and now in this moment,

I invite you to start deepening the breath on your next inhale,

So inhale taking in a little more air and perhaps sending that breath all the way down into the belly and a soft exhale to press the breath out of the body,

Breathing in this unhurried fashion,

Go ahead and invite a deep nourishing breath in and a soft slow steady breath out,

In and out through the nose if you can and notice what it feels like to slow the breath down,

So deepen the breath and breathe in this unhurried like fashion and now with each exhale,

I invite you to think about releasing and letting go of effort in the body,

So with each exhale think of surrendering deeper into relaxation,

Surrendering deeper into effortlessness,

Allowing the body here to hang heavy and just allowing the body to melt in towards the earth,

Allowing the body to be completely supported here,

So there's no need to hold on to anything,

There's no need for effort,

You can simply let go in this moment,

With each exhale letting your day go,

Creating space between you and the events of your day in this moment,

Letting go of tomorrow's to-do list,

Tomorrow's worries,

We can put those down in this moment,

We don't need to put our attention there and just allowing yourself to be in this space right now exactly as you are,

Feeling the sensation of heaviness in the body,

Sensation of releasing and letting go,

Allowing the shoulders to soften,

The arms to relax,

Your torso to sink deeper and your legs to hang heavy,

Loosening the grip on your forehead,

Unclenching your jaw and just allowing your face to completely soften,

Nobody needs anything from you right now and nobody wants anything from you right now,

This is simply your time,

Your time to surrender,

Your time to release and let go,

Letting go of effort in the breath,

Allowing the body to simply breathe itself and letting go of effort in the mind,

What does it feel like to surrender your mind in this moment and allow yourself to completely relax,

Allow yourself to prepare the mind and the body for sleep,

Sleeping is the time for rejuvenation,

A time for repair,

Recovery,

Allow yourself to simply relax and let go as the mind and the body is now ready to sleep,

Ready to set off into the night without any worries,

Without any hurry for morning to come and simply allow yourself to have a restful sleep here,

A peaceful sleep,

Telling your mind and your body it's time to surrender here,

It's time to let go and I want to thank you for joining me for this meditation in this moment,

I hope you enjoy a beautiful restful and peaceful sleep,

Thank you,

Thank you and thank you.
