Hello,

Sylvie here,

And today I'd like to guide you through a meditation that will allow you to connect with the earth element.

So the invitation here is to find a nice comfortable place where you can lie down,

A place where you can get comfortable,

A space where you can find stillness and allow your body to rest.

And taking a moment here to just notice what it feels like to be laying down today.

What does it feel like to allow your body to surrender,

To let go of tension,

Giving yourself permission to feel supported here,

To let go,

To release?

And just taking this moment to notice the parts of your body that are connected to the earth,

And then notice the parts of your body that are in space.

Notice if you could release effort in the body here and allow your body to be completely supported by the earth.

What does it feel like to surrender here,

To release,

To let go?

Nobody needs anything from you right now and nobody wants anything from you right now.

This is your time,

Your time to let go,

To pause,

To release,

To feel completely supported by the earth.

I invite you to imagine roots coming out through your feet,

Going in towards the earth's center,

Feeling the stability and the strength of the earth,

Rooting down into your own values,

Your own strength,

Your own place of courage.

What does it mean for you to be courageous?

What does that look like?

Or even better,

What does that feel like for you?

And for you to step into your own inner power,

Your own inner strength,

A place where you could feel rooted,

Grounded,

And stand tall,

What would you need to let go of in this moment?

So taking this moment here to bring that to your mind's eye and then allow it to release down in towards the earth.

So give it to the earth,

It can carry it for you.

So anything that's holding you back from stepping into your power,

Your place of courage,

Strength,

Let it go,

Let it go,

Let it go.

Allow the earth to carry it for you so that you don't have to carry it yourself.

And notice what it feels like to let that go.

Tuning into the sensation of your breath and your body,

Notice the breath moving through the body in this moment,

The rise and the fall of your chest.

And each exhale,

Inviting in the sensation of surrendering,

Exhaling the sensation of heaviness,

Exhaling any stresses or anxieties.

And as you inhale,

Inviting in your own inner power,

Your inner strength,

Inhaling possibility,

Inhaling courage,

Allowing the earth to support you on your journey.

And imagine what it might feel like to walk through this world with a little more courage and a little less fear,

A little more stability and a little less rockiness,

Feeling rooted and grounded in who you are and what you have to offer.

What does it feel like to walk through this world feeling the support of the earth as you stand tall and rise into your most courageous,

Strongest self?

Once again,

Bringing your awareness into your breath,

Noticing the movement of your breath in your body,

Bringing your awareness to the parts of your body that are connected to the earth and the parts of your body that are in space.

In this moment,

You can invite life back into the body by wiggling your fingertips and wiggling your toes,

Telling the body it's time to move,

It's time to wake up.

If it's there for you,

Invite a deep breath in and reach your arms up over your head.

Get long in the body here.

Take up space in this moment and know that you deserve to be here now.

May you walk through your day with abundance in your heart,

Peace in your mind and purpose in your soul.
