This is a wonderment meditation practice inviting you to let go of all that you think you know.

Becoming open to the unknown,

Open to the limitless magic that surrounds you.

Close down your eyes and bring your awareness to your breath.

Follow the journey of your breath as it enters in through your nose,

Journeys into your body and travels back out.

Curiously observe the sensation of your breath moving within your body.

Notice the areas of your body that move as you breathe.

Acknowledge the miracle of your breath and allow yourself to sink into wonderment for the miracle of being alive.

Now draw your curious awareness to your mouth,

Noticing any lingering tastes,

Noticing the texture of your tongue.

Gently move your tongue around your mouth and across your teeth attuning to the sensations this creates.

Sink into the wonderment of the sensitivity of your tongue and your mouth and the ability to taste.

Now bring your attention to your ears and notice what you can hear beyond my voice.

Notice what sounds most far away and notice what sounds in closest proximity to your body.

Sink into the wonderment of your ears and the ability to hear and to listen.

Now bring your awareness to your eyes and what you can see with your eyes closed.

Observe any shapes or colours.

Breathe deeply and notice any shifts in what you can see in your vision.

Sink deep into the wonderment of your eyes and the ability to see.

Extend this sense of curiosity and wonderment throughout your being as you breathe.

Attune yourself to the miracle of your body.

Envision every cell within you smiling in wonderment and in awe of the miracle that is you.

Let's close with a grounding breath,

Taking a deep inhale through the nose and allowing the breath to fall away through the mouth.
